My recovery sisters sent me this. I am the 31 to 32 year cycle Don spoke about. My searching now makes sense. It helps me see the process differently and speaks to my soul in a way nothing else has. Thank you all for bringing the Wellbriety message to so many more recovering people! I thank the Creator for Wellbriety ( and Don Coyhis) that got me through lockdown in Israel. This information clarifies the experience I had in mid September in Cherokee, NC which I simply accepted and let go of the need to understand. I simply let the Creator lead me.
So this time I am in is one of transition with all the associated 3 questions. Now I can accept where I am b/c of having this information. Thank you all. May the Creator bless all of you. May the Creator continue to allow Don Coyhis to bring us truth( which we learn from this is not static) and understanding. A'ho

This is a brilliant example of the seasons that I live within this programme.
I am now living in steps 10-12 so looking back on the past few months, I can personally can now see that I have done multiple "seasons" within my first year in recovery, so I can see that in that 1st 4 yr cycle that there are thousands of circles within it. I hope that makes sense.
I love this concept and explanation of the cycles of recovery, Thank you so much for your service.
Whilst very hard at times, I do genuinely embrace and lean into my Recovery, my spirituality and Sobriety.
I do laugh slightly as for Christmas 1983 I was gifted the book The Story of the year, written by Hans Christian Anderson and it truly reflects this, I had made the connection to seasons to the steps, with that book just as I was moving towards my step 9.
What a wonderful share and I absolutely love this Concept, I shall be sharing this for sure.
