I think Monaca is actually pretty interesting as an antagonist. Unlike Junko, she has a proper objective. Though, I think she's somehow a way better character in the v3. I would have liked to see her more. Also, did you guys notice the similarities between the Warriors of Hope and the Monokubs ? They have different personalities (except for Kotoko and Monophanie, they're pretty much alike) but they share the same colors and have pretty much the same story. The green one is killing them all one by one. I think Monokuma was Tsumugi, and Monodam was supposed to represent Monaca.
I prefer Nagisa. His backstory is quite realistic and at least has redeeming qualities. Out of all those gremlins… he is the most tolerable. His voice, however? I hear a grown woman, not a developing pre-teen boy.
