I'm just showing a real situation. In China, there are not only high-rise buildings in cities, but also these small towns that are usually overlooked.
@@IndiaandChinaTalk You assume too much. The Chinese play Mah Jongg with chips too but are not gambling. Gambling is also illegal in China except in the city of Macao. If an actual town was gambling, the government would of shut it down within weeks.
I'm not assuming this, because I'm here and I know the situation better than you. They are indeed gambling. The law forbids it doesn't mean it can't be done. And there are gray areas in the law here. In China, laws prohibiting gambling usually target larger-scale casinos, so smaller-scale gambling like this typically doesn't lead to arrests. However, it's not absolute. In some other areas, the news often reports cases where people were arrested for gambling with friends over money, but such cases are rare. A few years ago, there weren't so many people gambling in this town, because the police would make arrests. Now, no one is coming to arrest them, especially when it comes to older people; they usually just ignore it.

This is China. I took the video. In China, gasoline-powered motorcycles use yellow license plates, while electric scooters use green license plates.
Gambling is also not allowed in China, except in the city of Macao. The authenticity of this video is dubious.
