Thank you so much for sharing this useful tips. Here is my notes:
a. AI Exploration:
1. Identify the parts of job that can be automated
2. Research how to automate parts of your job - get an outline first, feed our own scripts, (idea generation, script writing,)
3. Filming
4. Editing
5. Thumbnail creation
b. Integration into the process
c. Build our own AI product and offering to people to do help do similar task

I am curious about the actual AI tools that are used in these processes. Is there one that does it all; research, scripting, thumbnails / photo editing, video editing, voice etc? Or do you have to get multiple subscriptions? I'm a yoga teacher and I would like no code ideas for creating content and digital products.
You are talking about as a human moving higher up the food chain. Eventually, you reach the limit of your human ingenuity and can climb no higher. But that AI is just getting started climbing. In fact, neither it nor you knows how high it can climb. Are there any physical laws which will ultimately stop it? All you have done is delayed the inevitable by a few months to a few years. AND THEN WHAT?
this is what really scares me, most people is like ''ah, AI can't do ALL these jobs''
like wtf, all the jobs being replaced by AI today where tought imposible to replace less than 5 years ago. It takes less time for AI to go from incompetent to better than human, than the time it take fr a human to get a degree in any profesional field.
We are fucked up unless we start asking RIGHT NOW for some kind of safety net or a change in the economic system. there is no way society can survive with 90% unemployment rate without means for those people to survive.

It seems content providers / upwork-style workers will not only have to continually come up with innovative content, but also relentlessly stay on top of new AI tools as they are developed to remain both productive and competitive. That sounds intense and exhausting. Do you think is going to be the new norm? Hustle-culture taken to another, more frenetic level. What are we [humans] becoming?

What would you suggest a high school student does right now? I mean basically every job that I choose will be probably nr automated by the time I get a degree (and a few years of experience at best) And I know we should learn about AI and creativity and constant learning etc., but what job will those skills get us?

Become a social worker and psychologist counseling people who are unemployed by AI !! You will have a lot of work (until that job is replaced by GPTs). No, but really. Get on with learning AI, because jobs will go to people who know how to apply AI.

Also if it would even be feasible to do this if chat gpt 5 is going to just end up with the same tool inside of it. Interested to know your thoughts on that.
A Universal Basic Income cannot come quickly enough. Because the alternative will be: more automation, fewer people with jobs, fewer people with money to spend, less incentive to innovate and produce. More people who are stressed because of their lack of income. Who is going to benefit from all that? Nobody I can think of.
With enough automation, working can become optional and purely fulfilling in itself. Let those who want to work, work (me! me! me!), and let those who don't, do whatever fulfills them. Basically, let everyone do whatever they enjoy the most.
Everybody is cared for, no-one falls by the wayside. And then, the era of Star Trek will have started. ;-)
Capitalism will never allow it. Work or die. If the latter, then do it quickly and get out of the way. The elites want the world for themselves, and their robots. Everyone else is seen as a parasite.

I am interested, but my coding level and knowledge is very basic. I know the basics of c++, c# and a little bit of python. I've never before used coding(coding and programing that I did myself) on any ai product so that part is a bit of a black box for me
I can try to be tactical and just build something, but coding with ChatGPT or Perplexity is a process in of itself that resembles debugging. So, I think that's low code. No code evades me. Building things with just programming with no AI has not worked. I'm like doc brown, never building anything that works. With AI coding, at least I'm getting somewhere.
The reliable way not to be replaced by AI is to own AI.
Get rid of your limiting beliefs that ties you to you job slavery and invest the savings you can afford in owning more and more AI stock untill it's enough to make a living out of it.

I got depressed , every craft is getting replaced by AI
I meannn, I do think it's inevitable lol. The problem with AI technology is that it's privately owned by people who's only motive is a profit motive. As long as profit is secured, it doesn't matter how many people's lives are displaced or ruined by this technology. And UBI will only come when people are already suffering and the damage has been done, and the politicians will be the very last jobs to be displaced by AI.
This doesn't mean I won't do anything, I appreciate the knowledge you're sharing here and will do my best to protect myself :)

@@codyfernfan6274 I think you'll see more community run / worker co-ops popping up. There have been a few of these in the areas that surround me and communities pour into them. Not everyone will want an AI to completely run every part of their lives and a more "analogue" market will come forth from it.
Tina, you’re so sharp & creative, you should have 10x the subs you do. So figure out how to leverage AI & Agents to grow your sub base. There’s a chicken & egg situation where you use AI to generate even more sticky content while reminding folks (often) to like & subscribe, but the latter is the most important to grow your base. Obviously you already know that … yet your subs are low, why? So try using AI to generate more “magnetic” AI influencers that appeal to different audiences (by age, gender, race, education/class, etc). The channel & post does not need to be your particular voice or face, right? What matters is your message & story. So, why not use AI to experiment with fresh channels & messengers to see what sticks & what grows? Generate a room full of Ai petri dishes! Just an idea. 😊
No-code is still not an option for the next couple of years. You need to understand the basic principles to know how to accomplish something the right way.
So, it's maybe better not to advise something in that direction. ;)

The club of rome argued some time ago that technology will not solve the problem of more people causing problems faster. Then Ehrlich came around and argued that Ai may just do it. Unfortunately I can't find the interview anymore but overall I think of Ai as a means of solving mankind's problems faster and without it we would fail faster.

I believe that replacing voice actors with AI voiceovers will turn out to have been a mistake, and just as people watch human chess matches instead of higher skilled AI ones, they will prefer an authentic human voice over an AI one, even if it’s high quality. The same will likely be true for other artistic endeavors. We have not escaped the uncanny valley just yet.

I wanted to become a farmer BEFORE this whole AI craze happened. 👩🌾
I heard the stories my grandma told me about people trying to get into farming after WW2, the result was me putting the idea aside.
If you watch the movie Blade Runner 2049, you’ll know that farming will be highly automated, if not entirely.
Combining with inspiration drawn from another movie Elysium, perhaps a group of like-minded people who dedicate to defend organic living and create a tribe together might be a worthwhile attempt.
Personally me myself would love to join there.
@@sunseeds4817 I’m ok with everything being automated if the big (and small) players in those industries want to (are in the process of), but I do not want to only depend on them. I want to be able to know I can grow something for myself if I want/need to even if it’s not the sweetest or most beautiful looking crop. I also want to be able to own seeds without being fined. I also think there is something very calming and rewarding in the process. I watch many RUclips gardening videos and it’s possible to grow food on a small piece of land for personal purposes. I do not want to become a commercial farmer, those that those books/movies you mentioned predicted.
The more you use ai the more data you are given it to take your job.
