    Adding garlic and ginger will add more flavour and nutrition.

      Palakkad molagootal is a traditional Tambrahm dish. So no onion and garlic in it. You are free to use.

    I never knew one shd fry the coconut urad dal molaga n jeera. I just ground raw that too without urad dal. I am thrilled, kootus are my favorite. Thank you so much mami 😊

    Mam, I have heard keerai should not be closed and cooked...

      We pressure cook for just 1 whistle which takes just 5 minutes. Then we release the pressure. So nutrients will not be lost. I am doing this for years and have got good results.

      First few min, don't cook with lid. Later you can cook keerai with lid...

    I felt like crying... beautiful fresh keerai but abroad countries we couldn't get fresh....price also high

      I can understand dear. But you get their keerai like kale, watercress etc. You can try in Indian stores there.

      Yes, you can use any keerai like arai keerai, siru keerai, palak, cylon pasalai etc.
