Series: The History of Formula One: 1955
Part: British Grand Prix (6/7)
Location: Aintree Circuit, Liverpool, England
''The 1955 British Grand Prix at Aintree brought together all the ingredients for an iconic race. With the legendary Juan Manuel Fangio poised to capture his third World Championship, anticipation was at an all-time high. British hero Stirling Moss took pole position in front of an ecstatic home crowd, eager to see him challenge the reigning champion. This Grand Prix also marked the debut of the ambitious Australian Jack Brabham, a newcomer with immense potential, and Connaught’s entry into Formula One with their T32-a bold step forward for British engineering.
Fans will notice the Cooper T43 used as a stand-in for the elusive Cooper T40, which has proven nearly impossible to locate online, adding a unique twist to this historical recreation. Additionally, the Goodwood Circuit was used to represent Aintree in this production, thanks to the incredible, immersive mods available in Assetto Corsa. Enjoy this recreation of a race that became a memorable moment in 1955’s extraordinary season."🏎️🏁 -GrandPrixTV

not wanting to take anything away, but the track in the video is goodwood, isnt it ?
want aintree available in AC ? i am pretty sure i found a version for rF2, but maybe it wasnt converted to AC or the quality was not sufficient
Yeah i think that was the case...there is an aintree for AC but the graphics are pretty bad, its the same when he did the 1951 spanish gp on montjuïc intead of pedralbes circuit.
@@RacingSpirit007 Exactly, the quality level of many circuits aren't reach a minimum required level in order to introduce them. I had to make this decision, but I believe I did the right thing. By the way, Goodwood is a superb circuit, I've enjoyed every moment spent during simulation.
The voice over is the same from the Duke F1 Reviews of the 1970's
Did you asked the same person to the the voice over on your channel or are you using his voice as IA?
Exactly! Ian Norris's(RIP) voice was the base next to others voices, to create a new and different voiceover for the videos. I feel enormous respect for Norris's work through the 90's across the world of motorsports.
