so, continue on, the show must go on! and biggest congratulations for your tremendous job!!
once again, a marvellous picture with realism about what Monaco looked like in 1956! tremendous efforts about the drift that drivers used to perform!!
This channel and these videos are an absolute gem!! You are doing a mega job!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Wow - really great. Did I notice a jump in the quality of the car renderings ? Cool close-up shots of the cars with the moving camera perspective. Thanks for the work, (adding subscribers...keep up with excellent content the f1 fans will come).
Is there a link for these cars? Thanks
You can find the links in the description, have fun!
Thank You and as allways a good job
seems my comment has been deleted because of the link. anyways i think this is the 1953 layout instead of the 1950 layout which is availeble on racedepartment (Overtake)
Because of the graphical glitches and other unsolvable issues, I am able to use only 2 versions of the circuit (one for dry and one for wet), to achieve the best graphical immersion possible. I have no tools to manipulate those grid positions.
Just finished binging all the season reviews from 1950-1955. This is genuinely some of the best media for early formula 1 I can find. Keep up the great work guys! I can't wait for 1956 and beyond!! ❤
Olivier Gendebien is the correct spelling. Slap your spell checker.
Incredible. :)
I noticed the realistic helmets this time around, especially Jean Behra's chequered design. And somehow Fangio always seems to find a way to win...
Excellent as usual. Cool helicopter shot. Maybe a bit more in-car pov - it's always cool. To that - a full lap driver pov of Nurembergring with Fangio would be great.
Brilliant Job, Charge On!
Great work as allways
Wow! What an insane focus on details. I've made some research and everything matches, the driver's helmets, the lap-by-lap action, the weather, even the individual numbers on the driver's race cars are correct. I play a lot with assetto, but I've always missed the crowd screaming, but you did that too! This is a proper movie! Instant subscribe
Oh my god, I am here for the WHOLE thing over the years. Please, keep up with the amazing work!
Very nice and interresting videos!
Really enjoying this series. Everytime they use the word 'showcase' I drink!
🤣But the final level is ''Fangio''
Nice recap. I didn't know there was such as good footage of that season.
Grand Prix TV was there with a 16mm Bolex ;)
I am so happy to find high quality F1 season docu like this
10 Minutes into the video and i have to say, awesome content thus far. Subscribed
made the mistake of watching all of the 1954 season videos individually since i didn’t realize you arrange them together at the end, im ready this time let’s gooooo
You are doing a good job with this Videos man. Never been more interested in old F1 Championships.
Please keep going with this stuff, just love it!
Shame we won't see Mercedes in 1956, it would have been great but they did the right thing withdrawing after the year due to Le Mans.
perfectly made with original comments, the show must go on! congratulations!!!!
When will the 1956 season be available for watching?
01.12. ;)
@Grand_Prix_TV thank you, and merry christmas!
@@mozeskertesz6398 I meant 1st of december ;)
Great video, as always!
Great work!
So well done. Looking forward to the sixties. Keep up the great work.
I love driving this circuit so much in AC it’s such a shame that this was the last real championship race here. On a side note I just found this channel and I’m currently binging the 1954 season and I can’t believe I havent found this sooner! Keep up the hard work my man this is some serious kino
Sorry, I was late and just subbed. So well done, and guess it was a lot of editing work. Looking fordward for more.
Alberto ascari.. Second place Wins.. World champion.. 🏁
The voice over is the same from the Duke F1 Reviews of the 1970's Did you asked the same person to the the voice over on your channel or are you using his voice as IA?
Exactly! Ian Norris's(RIP) voice was the base next to others voices, to create a new and different voiceover for the videos. I feel enormous respect for Norris's work through the 90's across the world of motorsports.
Silverstone... 🏁
not wanting to take anything away, but the track in the video is goodwood, isnt it ? want aintree available in AC ? i am pretty sure i found a version for rF2, but maybe it wasnt converted to AC or the quality was not sufficient
Yeah i think that was the case...there is an aintree for AC but the graphics are pretty bad, its the same when he did the 1951 spanish gp on montjuïc intead of pedralbes circuit.
@@RacingSpirit007 Exactly, the quality level of many circuits aren't reach a minimum required level in order to introduce them. I had to make this decision, but I believe I did the right thing. By the way, Goodwood is a superb circuit, I've enjoyed every moment spent during simulation.
Racing legends.. 🏁
1:57 Understood; Events that envolve deaths can cause problems to ur channel due to youtube policies. I myself had to face those before... Also i would like to make some suggestions for the next video on Brtitsh Gp: To have the pre-race segment dedicated to the apperance of the Connaught Type B, yes they made a dissapoiting debut, but on october that year they would win the Syracuse GP... first British car since 1924 to win a motor race in europe.
Absolutely! 30 years must hurt national pride, but as we know as the ''Garagistas'' entered the field.... :)
What happened? I thought this was already published.
I've made some mistakes and I had to re-edit it :)
Juan manuel fangio is leader... 🏁
Can't wait for the 60's decade, the most underrated of F1 history
Is that an AI voice?
Yes indeed. The 1950 season was my very first year, the video and audio got significantly improved in the following years.
Thank you for making these. I've always wanted to learn about the early days of F1, but it's hard to visualize with just old race reports. Being able to see the cars on the track really helps paint the image of what these races must have been like.
You just described Grand Prix TV at its core. Thanks!!! :)
Is that the Pedralbes circuit? Where did you get it?
The original Pedralbes Circuit (by GutBomb) is available for download across the web, just do a quick search and you will find it easily. But because of the low quality of the mod forced me to use an another circuit to represent the Spanish GP. The mod was used is the Thompson Road Grand Prix (one of the best mod I've ever seen), free to download from Overtake: www.overtake.gg/downloads/thomson-road-grand-prix.13694/ Have fun!
Your presentation keeps getting better and better with each new video. I couldn't help but notice how thick you were laying the foreshadowing on Luigi Musso!
Thanks! Musso was a blindingly quick driver, even by Formula One standards, but the reason I’ve put him under the spotlight isn’t because I’m a huge Musso fan-it's because my plan is to introduce some of the great drivers of the past, to offer even more information about them. Plus, it’s a nice gesture for my Italian viewers ;)
Great video! Thank you!
really enjoy these, will happily go on watching as long as you’re making them.
The amount of work put in the research and recreation of the events is staggering. Keep doing this, it's great
Dawg these get so much better everytime you are absolutely cheffing
I'm really happy to see that you're covering the big events that happened outside the championship. I'm getting a huge sense of foreboding as the Le Mans disaster draws closer!
I have to tell you, 1955 is a difficult year. Accidents and death left, right, and center. I'll have a Le Mans segment built in the upcoming Dutch Grand Prix, but partly because of technical difficulties, but mainly, over 100 people died or injured critically, I see no ethical reason to introduce in depth that horrific day.
