I know, that's maybe not your focus here, but I first bought the Bookinet-Plugin because of your good review (in your Booking-Plugins-Review) and afterwards I have to repay for my payment gateways. In my opinion, it's only fair to mention that... But ok, maybe my fault ... never blind trust anything before checking it :-)

I purchased Booknetic through your link. I don’t have some of the setting you have on yours in the video. I don’t have notifications, coupons, or email templates. None the less I got it up and running. I’m using it for booking a strategy call for my online courses.

One question please, of the two (Amelia & Booknetic) Do either of them actually require the customer to create and sign in to an account when they book an appointment? I would prefer they just come to my site, pick an appointment time, fill in their details without them actually creating a sign-in account. I have been using a paid service called Genbook for over 15 years now. It worked great but Genbook sold out to Booksy. Booksy is very limited compared to Genbook for my needs. Clients would see my calendar, pick a time and date, fill out their basic info and both the client and I would get a booked confirmation. They could also go back and change times or dates if needed without me getting involved. Thanks again, I'm enjoying your videos. Excellent stuff.

so this plugin is pretty awesome. Amelia and booknetic are very similiar in features. I personally just like the layout with booknetic. As far as features go, they are almost identical. Darrel can you also set a service for 2 days or more days? I have a complex business where I offer hourly service and than have a full weekend service. Under schedule there is an option to offer on specific days certent service, but I did not see a calendar with that. You see I offer specific service only every january for the whole month and only in another country, so I have to fly there for the whole month. Can I also set this withing the app - would it be under special days?

Hi Darrel, does booknetic work with Klarna/Clearpay? I see in the payment gateways section you can connect woocommerce. Once that's done, can customers select Klarna upon payment request? If anyone knows, it would be a big help/timesaver.
The big issue I have found is when the times change in the UK +1 hour the calender gets mixed up. Clients have booked in for 4pm but the calendar says 5pm and google says 5pm. People are showing up at the wrong time!!! no support for the fix either
Stripe doesnt support my country what can I use instead? Also the Payment methodes that are shown in your tutorial are not showing on my Booknetic plugin, did I do something wrong. I have added the PayPal plugin (since Stripe doesnt have support for Israel)
Sorry to say, but since I made this video, they have now made PayPal an extended add-on so you will need to purchase the PayPal add-on in order for the plug into fully work

Hey Darrel, I have purchased and notice I have to buy extra addon's which I am fine with. Regarding the Gift Cards, I wan't people to be able to buy a gift card first and send a code, is that possible too. And then come back an redeem it.
First I would ask the developer if this is a feature they can add to the products. If they don’t what you can do is hire a word press developer and just create this feature on the plug-in. You can hire them pretty cheap on upwork

Hi Darrel, does booknetic work with Klarna/Clearpay? I see in the payment gateways section you can connect woocommerce. Once that's done, can customers select Klarna upon payment request?

The big issue I have found is when the times change in the UK +1 hour the calender gets mixed up. Clients have booked in for 4pm but the calendar says 5pm and google says 5pm. People are showing up at the wrong time!!! no support for the fix either

Also the Payment methodes that are shown in your tutorial are not showing on my Booknetic plugin, did I do something wrong. I have added the PayPal plugin (since Stripe doesnt have support for Israel)
Sorry to say, but since I made this video, they have now made PayPal an extended add-on so you will need to purchase the PayPal add-on in order for the plug into fully work

First I would ask the developer if this is a feature they can add to the products. If they don’t what you can do is hire a word press developer and just create this feature on the plug-in. You can hire them pretty cheap on upwork

I've purchased and installed it. but when I got to the email, coupons and gift card part of the tutorial I realised that they are missing from my backend. Now I'm on their website and it looks like those are add-ons. And I'm not sure how to add them on because your tutorial doesn't cover them.

Hi Darrel, is it possible to add multiple products/services together to the check-out page? For example, I have 2 services I want people to book / upsell. People would need to have an option to 'continue shopping' or something like that.
Well why don’t you make the second service an add-on? Or you can probably combined two bookings in one booking.
