- Lee Bell shares her story of redemption. After being adopted and losing her adopted mother she led a rebellious life that led to crime, gangs, addiction and cooking meth.

Congratulations on your sobriety, i found the life style more addictive than the drugs it self, its kind of like being a spy behind enemy lines. luckily i no longer obsess about operational security and dont have to look over my shoulder, the straight life is immeasurable better than the alternative.

Brother what helped your PTSD and panic attacks? It's overwhelming and wearing me down
Start with prayer brother reach out to God ask Him to reveal himself to you I promise he won’t let you down
Only thing that works for me is medication
hey brother, I dealt with childhood trauma and had ptsd and panic attack/anxiety attacks. Gotta start talking to a councillor for the ptsd brother. That stuff is like trauma gets trapped in your body and affects your whole life. Try surround yourself with others if you can and open up to people about it. Praying to god if you believe brother and looking into doing breathwork. Breath work has changed my whole entire life. Especially with panic attacks, breath work is going to be a tool you always lean on. Ptsd is a hard one to deal with but you gotta try find things that bring you joy the most you can. Find exercise or a hobby or what ever can bring you some kind of joy. Taking every day as it comes and trying to recognise your triggers. Then learning from them and learning how to use tools to help you through that. A councillor will be able to help guide you with the triggers. Much love brother and all the best. Its not a nice journey going to be honest with you but its taking every day as it comes and staying strong.
