    Dwain, these are great videos man, much appreciated. I'm looking for some sort of training plan as a 35 year old, looking to start racing 100m again. Can you point me in any directions with regards to some sort of routine? And how much time to spend in the gym and on the track. Cheers

      I think he said he found that frontsquats were too anterior for him, that he leans over too much doing them. Guessing that's more quad-centric then.
