    Exellent video Dwain... I wasnt aware of the importance of the gap between front heel and the back Knee but you've clearly shown how important it is.

      @@DwainChambers Christian Coleman would be a good one, I haven't heard many people analyse his technique yet.

      It would be good if athletes could send their videos in and you can analyse them a few minutes each explaining what needs fixing or what is already OK.

    Simply put...he's not leaving his legs behind. As soon as he's produced the power in the small motion beneath him he pulls his legs back in front.

    I found these videos very helpful and interesting to listen. Thank you a lot, Dwayn ! So the main point of the acceleration is to keep your feet low to the ground ? Leg Cycling mechanics only for late acceleration and top end speed ?
