Example- my girlfriend came off a heavy detox and started eating veggie pizza. Her sinus flared up badly. So I told her it was the dairy.
I had her to take some organic lemons chop them up, remove the seeds, and blend it with water and add her lemon mixture into a gallon of water and go to the steam. She consumed the mixture while she was in and out of the steam room and a lot of mucus was coming out of her system. She have not had dairy since.
Probably depends on what kind of "dairy." Raw dairy is not only safe but provides a layer of protection through the probiotics in it. Make sure the label says ingredients: raw milk, enzymes, salt It costs more, but better for you.

Idk what’s wrong everyone’s saying I have bronchitis but I don’t have a fever or really any pain neither I don’t have a cough but the first day I got symptoms it felt like I had mucus clogging up my lungs and I couldn’t really breath threw my mouth (very scary feeling)
