Thank you for watching! You can check out Michael here: bangkokvanguards.com/ Also, one of my goals this year is to film more videos that not only show delicious food, but also highlight meaningful stories like this, and people who are making a difference. If you have any specific ideas or recommendations anywhere in the world, I'd be happy to hear from you!

I can tell that you enjoy doing what you do and that's awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed this video! Thank you, Ying, and Micah for always being so great! We appreciate all the hard work! YAY! So great to see the Ying we have grown to know and love over the years back again, so outgoing, fun-loving, and full of energy. Micah is so lovable but in many past videos Ying looks so tired and almost PPD'd when carrying him around. Great that grandma gave Ying a break, she is so vivacious today.

Also, sometimes tourist areas kind of threaten the original authenticity of countries. I guess it's hard to find the right balance.

One of the most enchanting vlogs you have made so far in my humble opinion. I don't necessarily have ideas for stories to tell in the world but I will restate my previous recommendation, finances and time permitting, for a food and story telling vlog to Central/South America. Maybe also into Eastern Europe? I think this path is amazing. The story ( if you will ) behind the food mixed with the food. Brilliant!

I always had a vague suspicion that Mark could've had german speaking ancestors, because Wien (in German) or Vienna (in English) is the capital of Austria.
...greetings from Berlin in Germany by the way.

I discovered your channel several days ago, watched several of your videos and subscribed a few days later. It's my first time seeing you not give a completely positive compliment about a particular dish. I must say that your description of it was great. You understand that because you don't particularly like it, it doesn't mean that someone else won't. So, it's not your favourite. It might be someone elses. You didn't go out of your way to insult the cook. It's your personal experience of the food. You said what you had to say about it and moved on to the others. Great job on your videos. You make me hungry watching though... lol.

Everytime I watch your videos (I am a subscriber) I get all these ideas in the kitchen lol. You are like a video cookbook lol. I served in Iraq and Afghanistan and ate many foods over there. When they cook over there, they cook a feast and it's actually impolite to not eat what they offer you. Obviously we didn't have time on combat patrols to eat the whole dinner but man could they cook lol. Have you gone to any Arabic countries and made any videos? Food truly brings people together.

The meat satay with the sauces and salad your wife chose looked so good. I like to get authentic recipes for the foods featured in this video. I love you and your family for showing the western world the richness of the far east countries.
