I tested the YETI Roadie 24, the RTIC 20 qt, the Igloo BMX 25, the ORCA 20 Qt, and the Pelican 20 Qt Elite coolers against one another and I found out which are the absolute best.

Would love to see you cut some more medium size coolers in half! 50-60qt is the best size I find. I'm specifically looking at the Cabela's Polar Cap 60.

Have you considered testing Iceland coolers? When I was chatting with their customer service they were touting they are better than RTIC? And cheaper when they include the accessories, which was on the 100-110 coolers! Great channel! I’ve told my camping crew to check you out because you do a great job at testing.
I’ve had great experience with Cabelas brand coolers. They are a little bulky but hold ice the best, much better then my yeti’s.
Why didn't you cut the Pelican in half as well?

You completely missed of of the best coolers in this size range. Lifetime 28qt is excellent cooler for under $100 and Made in USA.

i appreciate you making these videoa, but i would love to see your review of the cater gator 20qt. im pretty sure its the lowest priced roto molded cooler at $105. i havnt seen much on youtube about it. i just got one yesterday and ive been using the igloo bmx 25 for the last year. id like it alot more if it had a drain

Was hoping for a better showing from the Orca since I’m an Orca owner. I do love mine, but after 5 years I’m starting to see some plastic fatigue at the hinges .
Yeti's are a way to show the world you have more money than brains.

Can electric tape be a rubber gasket?
Uh, no. Self adhesive foam or rubber weatherseal has the mass to fill gaps and will make your cooler air and watertight. I used the hollow rubber tubular weather seal and created an endless ring (like a bicycle inner tube) by joining the ends with a glued in length of soda straw.
