Manon has high level striking and showed some decent grappling skills but not against top grapplers. I expect Rose to make this more of a grappling contest but Manon might be to strong for her. It should be a great fight.

IDK, Erin's adjustments between round 1 and the rest of the fight impressed me. You don't even see many veterans make such swift adjustments to get the W. Plus, she's got the cardio and aggression to compensate for her underdeveloped striking. She wasn't even breathing hard in her post-fight interview.
Say what you want about her current skillset, but I have no doubt that she has the personality type to be a long-reigning champ.
What adjustment ? She did the same thing she tried to do in the first and held her against the cage doing nothing but talia made a mistake which literally costed her that fight. Erin got out striked out damaged and went for 0-14 on Td idk how people can say it was a good performance lmao imagine khabib or Islam did that how much hate they would get LOL. She barely won the fight.
i doubt she will be champion at this stage didnt look great to me lets see how she goes against like Tatiana Alexa Rose and Manon i think you are dreaming

Oh, I don't think she'll be champion within the next year (or even two years) -- she's only 24 -- but her mental fortitude and ability to adapt are what impress me. It's typically long-reigning champions or veterans who can pull clutch adjustments like she did.
Many fighters will stubbornly stick to a losing strategy in the vain hope that it'll somehow lead them to victory.
One example that comes to mind is the recent fight between Natalia Silva and Andrea Lee: Natalia is a super-talented prospect in her mid 20s with highly technical Taekwondo and tremendous speed, while Andrea is a good but inconsistent veteran in her mid 30s. Anyway, Andrea was totally outmatched in terms of speed, technique, cage generalship and strike selection. All throughout the fight, Andrea was unable to make the necessary adjustments to change the fight in her favor (which meant turning it into a grappling match). She got frozen in one mindset and continued to fight Natalia's fight.
**I'm also using this example because Natalia, like Erin, is a young, super-talented flyweight prospect, and I want to bring attention to other great fighters in this division.**
Holding someone against the cage is really not a fight in my opinion i would not have given her the fight if I was a judge Santos caused more damage Erin cannot strike

Other than the Erin simps, most of us weren’t that impressed. Failed 14 takedowns, no defensive head movement, and terrible stand striking and barely scooted by a win over Santos who’s been off for over a year with no coaches to train with.

She’s not as technically skilled as the rest of the top 10. But walking straight through Andrade and Santo’s best punches and not slowing down a single time is impressive in itself. Most women’s MMA fighters don’t have that type of dog in them. And she’s only gonna show more of that heart now that she’s looking at potential 5-rounders.

Erin got her ass whipped in round 1 versus Santos. If Santos did not mess up the takedown in round 2 that resulted with Erin laying on top of her the fight would've had a different winner.

I fell in love with the French language after listening to ladies from Montreal, Quebec speak it. After listening to Manon speak French, I prefer Canadian French. It sounds so much better than the original French.

Bro, Erin look terrible in her fight against Talia. she overdid her wrestling and spam the takedown 12 times and didn't get one completed. She basically got by by holding onto her and having more cardio. Erin has much more work to do. I can't even see her beating Maycee Barber.
