As a long distance touring cyclist, Rucking was a natural step! I'm already used to bike like 80 pounds on my bike over 750+kms. :)!!!! I also run and swim, but i was looking for another cardio exercise with low joint impact 😅
Runners are typically in love with running and rarely admit there could be a better exercise :))) What changed your mind? I'm really curious, you're very unique from that POV
@@Fitnessdy I have not ran since 2011. I enjoyed running, but due to a lot of injuries from running and being 52 exercises change with age. I bike tour, yoga, swim, animal flow is better for my body. Hiking and lite back packing is enjoyable as well.
@@Fitnessdy I also do a lot of walking. The swimming is with weights, and I do my own aerobics in the water. I feel like I have more energy. Occasionally I run a mile on the treadmill just see that I can. All biking I have done changed my stride and my hips are in alignment which is great for me. Lots less pain. I have trained and ran one marathon and trained and ran 7 half marathons.

Running SUCKS
🤣🤣🤣 love this! 100% pure honesty
Nothing beats running. It’s definitely not for folks that are always making excuses not to run.
I love the different comments I get around here about running :)) people either seem to hate it or love it, there's no middle ground :))
