John Creamer & Stephane K were probably some of the brightest progressive minds and producers of those times, all their remixes were brutal. Golden age
OMG - this was the time when u could only hear certain tunes when u went out.. DJs were the only ones to have tunes for months before you even heard it on the radio.. nowadays we have so much access to music, you can hear a tune in the club and it will be on sound cloud when u get home.. kinda made it a bit more exciting finding out what certain tunes were.. this was a perfect example.. what a banger!!
This is the best version. I debuted this at an after hours before it had been released. It was so different from everything else out at that time that everyone noticed it when it came on.
@@RZNBOY Eh. It works, I guess. I get that those 2 guys just switched off, but, let me tell you. It is kind of annoying to have someone playing with the eq while you're trying to work next to him. Even if it is the last song he played....
Nah, while dark-ish, this was groovy and uplifting, everyone still on high doses of mdma/love pills, having lived the trance era to its fullest. If you want the devil, go watch some recent dark techno festivals. Check the visuals they do. It's freaking horrible @@istvangyori6594
Love the underground factory house music of yesteryears. 15-25/30 years ago...NYC nightlife was off the chain. I was going between 1996-2005. #Roxy, NYC #Soundfactory (original) #Crobar ('aka' #TheCHURCHClub Lol)., #WebsterHall (#TheWiildestOne Lol). #ProgressiveHouse #TribalHouse #Techno #Trance years
I'm so excited I found this song. First heard this on Lufthansa's in-flight Club Mix flying out of Munich to Los Angeles back in winter 2002 then, again that same summer in Hungary at a club near lake Balaton. Been searching for this song ever since. Never knew the title and never head it again until now.
The technocrats in charge know what they are doing. Social engineering. That why they push (algorhithm) and fund urban/trap/reggaeton, and give them accolades and awards... they wanna keep the youngsters dumb and destroy their morals with raunchy lyrics. They don't even care to put a proper singer now, but a dumbass mc spitting bullshit. And in the case of electronic, you have the dark techno stuff, which is awful, if not satanic @@spiritguide9488
lol... circa 2000 this was a banger in after hours... like the guy below may says... so many great memories... makes me wanna relive that time of my life... time sucks really...
You're not wrong! Had some fantastic times with this tune! The Tilt boys dropped it after their remix of Breeder's New York FM in Foundation in May 2001. Their last tune of the night and the crowd went mental!!! Awesome night.
As I listened to the opening of this track and read your message I too got chills and all my hair stood up.. totally brought back AWESOME MEMORIES AND FEELINGS TOO!!
Yeah! Creamer / K for me has always had such unique and recognizable sound: A complimentary dark and very thumping translation, without taking away the soul of the original. Sometimes they enhanced it.
Speaking of which.... Have you ever heard their remix for 'Troy' by Sinead O'connor? It's a masterpiece to me and exactly what you just described. Her lyrics are about her traumatic childhood and abuse by her mother. The sound definitely "enhanced the soul of the original," like you said. John does very well with every different style that he's worked on.
Wow! I remember for a hot minute when Fort Laudy had a dance channel and they played this song (crappy remix) over and over..Great memories! Miami I miss uuuuuuuuuuuu!
The Vocals Are Song By My Friend Sian Evans. We Actually Connected Because Of This Song Back In 2003. Sian Has Really Moved Up In The World Of Music, & Deservedly So. Now Having Secular Pop Success. I Can't Get Enough Of Her!!!
Ainda nos dias de hoje, a dupla de djs Pan/Pot tocam está música nos seus dj sets! Nesta altura John creamer and stephan k não davam hipótese com as suas produções!
I can't for get this track at all from soundfactory 16year ago with my buddy who I have a good time at soundfactory with dj jp, Happy,"birthday son,"!!
