    Ingredients:
    For Kadhi:
    2 cup sour curd
    4 cups water
    7-8 tbsp besan
    1/2 tsp haldi
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 cup chopped potatoes
    4 tbsp ghee
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp methi seeds
    1/2 tsp coriander seeds
    1/2 tsp hing
    1 tsp chopped green chillies
    2 tsp garlic chopped
    2 tsp ginger chopped
    15-20 curry leaves
    2-3 tsp chopped coriander leaves
    1 tbsp kashmiri methi
    Salt to taste
    For tempering
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    3-4 dry red chillies
    For Chawal:
    1 cup cooked Basmati rice
    For Pakora
    1 cup besan
    1 cup sliced onion
    1 tsp chopped green chillies
    2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
    1/2 tsp ajwain
    1/2 tsp chopped ginger
    1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
    Pinch of soda
    1 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste
