The most significant cause of fear in life is CHANGE. Bhagavad Gita is a body of knowledge that helps us to focus our minds and energy on something that does not change. That saves us from getting affected by the CHANGES in this world. The modern education system helps us facilitate change to increase our prosperity and minimize adversity. But Gita presents the Art of Focus by teaching the alternative paradigm that does the needful and performs your duty but doesn't focus on just increasing prosperity and decreasing adversity, but focuses on your identity of a soul and executing the will of the Lord.
Gauranga Das gives the example of our body and how we want to have the prosperity of keeping this body healthy and fit and we dread the adversity of it being sick or invalid. But the Art of Focus is to focus on serving the will of the Lord despite being healthy or ill.
From Gita's perspective, distraction means constantly calculating an increase in prosperity and decrease in adversity but focus means serving the will of the Lord despite prosperity and adversity.

Adapting spiritual healing to overcoming overthinking. As from a bhraman family my culture were not bhraman since from childhood the same thing that a teenager would experience lost track went other way . i just don’t want to loose people which bothers me a lot. Your words are really wonderful and blissful would like to adapt the words of bhagwad in my life . I just believe i can through your words through bhagwad through yoga . Krishna did not like the lady telling His devotee to chant softly. She considered it noisy.
So instant karma reaction was that Mayadevi created a lot of noise through the young guy. "You think chanting Krishna's Holyname is noise? I'll show you what real noise is."
Lesson we learn from this incident is, be very careful not to trouble Krishna's sincere devotees who are fully engaged in His service.
Prabhuji is an example of one such devotee.
