I thought with Indian version they were singing in Hindi but I couldn't understand anything now I get it that India have more than 1600 languages.

That was Tamil version, 😅I tried so hard thinking it was Hindi. So there are multiple Indian versions in many languages. I heard the hindi version only. But this was beautiful. I wish I knew Tamil!

There are 2 Spanish versions: Spanish (Spain) and Spanish (Mexico/Latin America). The video made a mistake, they listened to “Spanish Latin America” and used the Spain flag.
JEXTRUE there is no common flag to designate latinoamerica so it’s easier to put the Spanish flag when talking about the Spanish language (they shouldn’t have written Spain underneath though)
@@justg4272 in deed, most of Disney's movies are dubbed in Mexico, so I think the flag that have to be used is the Mexico's flag at representation to Latin America

I'm from Germany and saw this in the cinema when it came out. I really like elsas German voice the most out of all (not bc it's my motherlanguage) but bc it sounds much deeper and I really love the sound of voice I'm singing and talking. Anna's voice in German is also really good but I prefer the english version of Anna more
You should watch the duett of anna and Elsa in the first movie when they are in the i've castle in German it's so good
I generally really love german disney song, and also the german Elsa, but somehow this one song doesn't click for me in the german version... idk, even if "into the unknown" and "wo noch niemand war" have the same amount of syllables so it should theoretically fit, the german translation with the melody just kinda sounds off to me :/ Which makes me kinda sad, because I prefer watching disney films in german and I love all of her other songs, but this one just doesn't work for me :(

I don't really get their criticism of the German version. The translation uses the exact amount of syllables the original does in every verse. I'm German and it sounds completely natural.

I don't really speak german but to me it didn't sound as natural as the english or french for exemple, but speaking french i think we all hear our languages more clearly since we're use to them
I can speak German but I have nothing against the dub. I think they should have showed a Slavic language if I was available. It would be funny to see them react to it.
But German has a lot of harsher and heavier sounds than English, so I think it's just different, not necessarily awkward

The Indian one is in my language, it’s TAMIL and by the daughter of kamal Hassan “Shruthi” one of the finest singers. She did a splendid job! Tamil is great! Hindi is also good! ❤️❤️ Tamil is having more similarities with Japanese and Korean as a language!

To maybe explain why the french version isn't as powerful:
In the english version, it is 'Into the Unknown', which has many vocals and sounds like 'n' or 'w' you can easily swallow without sounding weird, or like you just learned english. This bringst more strengh and breath to the vocals.
French first says something completely different. 'Dans un autre monde', which literally means 'in another world'. Sure, 'monde' fits the vocals well, but 'dans un autre' has kind of many sounds you can't swallow, without speaking of french 'liaison' yet, which are 'd' 't' and 'r'. The most problematic word is 'autre' as you really nEeds to pronounce the consonants as strongly to be understood, and for it to be french of course.
In addition, french needs to fit much more sounds in then english's 'into the', and an additional syllable, so i think it's understandable french can't sound as 'full' as english.

It's also because in the movie they change the voice of Elsa if you listen in frozen 1 'let it go' and after frozen 2 'into the unknow' you will see the différence 'let it go' was 100 time more poowerful than 'into the unknow' and the girl who sing in frozen 1 left and they can't find someone else with a powerful voice than the girl who left so they decide to just take a singer who has the same voice than Elsa in the first frozen

The indian version was very beautiful, sweet and goes with the movements of Elsa... Like all the singing didnt match Elsa's mouth movements except Chinese... Chinese was also great

They weren't nicer just because its korean. They already mentioned they prefer original rather than dub and said korean dub sounds awkward. If anything, they judged the chinese one nicer over the others. The only reason it sound super awkward for you is because you're not used to the korean language, meaning you are not used to hearing and speaking the sound of the language so of course it sounds awkward. Of course you can say the other languages dont sound as awkward but thats just your preference.

that "ooh" part was sung by Aurora. You should check out her version. While Idina Menzel sounds like a powerful queen, Aurora sounds like a serene nature goddess. Plus, the movie is set in Norway and Aurora is Norwegian.
