The reason behind these videos/my first video

I just wanted to go into detail about why I decided to record myself after trying to go food shopping. My anxiety was also in control a little bit in this, I know that nobody is going to think I did this for attention but for some reason when I recorded this that fear was on the forefront of my mind.
I hope that this video and any future videos helps people to understand more about what a lot of us with mental illnesses tend to hide. I think that if the world is more understanding than it will also be more accepting, my goal here is to help with that change :)
