Of the previous accessories only the Apple Pencil (USB-C) version works with the new M4 iPad Pro - Apple Pencil (Gen 2) and previous keyboard are not compatible :(
I had an 8+year old pro which was starting to act strange. I ended up going with the iPad Air, M2 11 inch. Very happy, plenty of power and meets my use case. The Pencil is a bit off in my view, mine came dead. I ended up returning it and going with a 30.00 alternative, works well.
I included the nano screen and I love it: I find the colors more vivid because they are not competing with glare. It also shows no fingerprints which drove me nuts on my 3G iPad Pro.
Hi, as you use apple notes a lot could you tell us about apple notes crashing after while writing with losing what we wrote. iOS updated, iPad restarted … but in apple support this pb is known but no solutions on this issue. Could you help or any idea to fix that? Thx in advance
Hi Brooke, One of the things that no one has mentioned is that with a 13” iPad Pro with a pair of AirPod Max headphones, now you have a great portable and private high quality home theater system! Some of the best home theater televisions have OLED displays. Now with the iPad Pro and the Tandem OLED display I would think this iPad is in the same league. I am very interested in demoing this at an Apple Store for this reason.
not cheap! the iPad Pro starts at $999 USD, so it’s definitely meant as a more ‘pro’ device and market. the new iPad Air, which is the iPad level probably suitable to most iPad users, starts at $599 USD.
Upgraded to the 13” Pro. Happy I did; the screen looks great. Now I’m just patiently waiting for Procreate to add in support for the squeeze feature on the new pencil. $350 is still a steep price to ask for a keyboard, but they changes they made to it are very good. I never used the old Magic Keyboard because I didn’t like it. I really, really like the new one despite what I think is a bit of a silly price.
It’s still a IPad with a little faster chip over the M2 but not much You might be able to read your Emails and watch RUclips videos a touch faster Also every one is drooling over how light and thin the IPads are I predict in a few months a lot of them will be bi TV bitching about how fragile it is and how it bends when I dropped it or hit something!! Enjoy!!!!

Would love it to be a bit cheaper but unfortunately I don’t think they’ll get rid of the back camera completely.

Apple have NEVER brought out new products and the new accessories work with the older products. Why are people acting like there so shocked.
