Tears always in my eyes when I see this triumph.. Late Steven Keshi was an indigenous coach Nigeria is still searching for till date. HE was indeed the BIG BOSS! Rest on legend. 😢
This team seems to me like a result of good scouting and players placement. Ideye and Emenike combo are fire. Mba na low key Aghaghowa. Keshi did a very food job.
This team didn't really have the cluster of quality we currently have as at 2024- no one expected the team to even go that far, let alone to win the AFCON trophy. The teamwork and discipline was evident. I hope this current squad can be hungry to achieve more. R.I.P Stephen O. Keshi.
Yes Sunday Mba is his name, he was an exceptional inclusion that played through the knockout stage(didn't Play him in group stage)and late Stephen Kechi was spot on for doing that, that is what make a good Coach when you identify the areas of weekness in your team you try and strengthen the team with a player that will sooth the roll, it does not matter which club is playing for whether in Africa or Europe, all that matters is result.
You could have come up with a more entertaining music (background music) for the matches and all those extra afcon adverts at the end wasn’t necessary it made it less entertaining to watch, just in case of next time! Shout out to super eagles squad! Can’t wait wait for us to lift the trophy this season! 🏆
Ever since Vincent Enyeama retired, Nigeria hasn’t found a good goalkeeper to replace him. The ones they’re seeing are either one year good or one tournament good, then after they go back to default setting.
@@OFCnmeziOga, we never get replacement for Enyeama, ever since they finished Afcon in February, what has he done for the team other than conceding cheap goals. Even the last international break against Benin, he still conceded cheap goal
Long fight between Warri Wolves and Enugu Rangers over who held his contract spoilt his prospects. The big European teams waiting for him for the summer transfer window lost interest. He went from Bastia to Matalyaspor, and that was all. The last I heard of him, he was training with one FC International in Abuja, a team that played in the state league.
In the match against Mali, just look at the defense splitting passes that were reeled out by our midfielders, so amazing! This current 2024 team lacks creativity in our midfield, all they do is just mark and run. No one is creative in our midfield, nobody should even mention Iwobi, cos he’s actually the worst midfielder we have
Who is still watching this in 2024.... goosebumps
Me😂😂😂. I said let me watch this to give me hope or maybe joy for the AFCON starting in a few days😁😁😁
Same oo
Me ooo..
Me o
I'm
Rest in Peace Steven Okechukwu Keshi. We will never forget your contribution to our great Country. Thank you.
😢😢
The big boss Steven Keshi
Amazing...am so grateful I witnessed this live
I was in secondary school on the day of this final. My finest moment as a Nigerian.
This video came up at the right time. Still giving me goosebumps
We need players like Victor Moses and Enyeama again
Baba Stevo! You are a legend. Lifted AFCON as captain and coach.
Tears always in my eyes when I see this triumph.. Late Steven Keshi was an indigenous coach Nigeria is still searching for till date. HE was indeed the BIG BOSS! Rest on legend. 😢
That mikel's ditch tackle against ivory coast at the dieing minute, was a match winning tackle...
Eeyama's Last Save Against Bukinabe, Was A Touch Of Masterclass.
Enyeama wanted to carry the ref at the end of the finals game 🤣🤣😂😂
My guy forget composure and steeze😂😂😂

That Nigeria v Mali game was the most dominant I have ever seen Nigeria play .

The fact that we won on South Africa soul, makes it more sweeter
They All played with passion and zeal…. Blend of foreign and home base…. Good one…..
That guy that gave us the goal in the final fulfilled a destiny in the record of Nigeria football

I was writing my final year exams during this match. Such a pleasant memory ❤

EMMANUEL EMENIKE AND VICTOR MOSES PRACTICALLY WON THIS CUP......THEY MADE DROGBA LOOK LIKE A LEARNER. THEY WERE JUST IN ANOTHER REALM
What about Mba
Enyeama was outstanding
Mikel was the chief in charge.
11 years added to my Age, and still feels like yesterday

Nwabali is a joke? Abi una de always look outside Africa as usual? Nwabali is Enyeama replica and could even get better with time.

Memories, miss u all

Burkina Faso was a huge threat. Thank God, we won.
Oh,
Sunday Mbah,
The hero of the final.
That final goal by Mba ehn
Wrong clip for the 1st penalty goal vs Ethiopia at 06:44.
In today’s world of VAR, Nigeria’s goal in their first match would have been disallowed as offside. RIP Stephen Keshi.
did you know the position of the player when the pass was given?
First goals
🦅🦅🦅⚽⚽⚽🏅🔥🔥🔥🔥
What music did you use for the video 😊😊
Dream Team!
#GodBlessNigeria

Stade vide dans une finale. Ne comparez plus notre CAN en Côte d'Ivoire à d'autres ailleurs en Afrique.
Weird tournament for us, started quite poorly and ended up winning
Chi God SO SUPER EAHLES CAN DRIBBLE LIKE THIS😮😮😮
Sunday MBA ❤
That Zambian Goalkeeper in 4:38

Eyeama wanted to carried the referee 😁 so much excited
Nostalgic feeling

Nija and draw na 5 and 6
If Ghana had beaten Burkina Faso to reach the finals, Nigeria wont have lifted that cup
Says who?but they defeated the team that defeated Ghana
Ghanaians always lamenting rubbish. You ain't even ashamed of yourself for not winning the afcon since 1982😂😂😂😂.
“If” doesn’t do the job...sorry bro
🎉🎉🎉
🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
Matured team
Wished NFF allowed pessiro to do his work, Nigeria would have won the last afcon
The officianting back then was terrible
Poor video
