Absolutely disgusting, it makes me sick to see it. PlayStation network needs an algorithm to be able to pick up your IP address if you've been banned you can't create another account!
Problem is VPN would hide that 👍
Highly unlikely that he has a permanent IP address, most ISPs assign IPs on connect so all he has to do is restart his router to get a fresh IP

You can refresh your dns. Or release it and renew it. Also like kie said vpn would totally prevent them for getting his ip. I understood Sony banned the console, but they sell that one and get a new one. Then the person you sold it to has to jump through hoops to get the console unbanned. lol I just watched the entire video and you did mention the banned console.
It’s just a game, it means nothing, yes it is annoying but get over it, it’s not worth giving it so much attention

I'm guessing Kimi is the same person as the Japanese player in Asia. There is a player in Asia with the same means, who has many accounts, logs in and plays in turns, and is an A+ level player. He turns on assists and interferes with other players in a way that the system cannot punish. I have collected nearly ten of his account names.

Ive raced with kimi multiple times when I was B rated as he was getting his new accounts back up to A+ level, definitely an interesting experience
Why didn't you wait for buckstella around the 3:15 mark? Definitely looks like you bumped into him sending him deep in the corner and just kept the place like nothing happened
It was lag mate if you watch he brakes late and there is a gap but it slightly does touch him but at the time I didn’t feel anything but watching replay it looked like net code, if I would have felt something I would have waited but when I even checked replay there was a physical gap there so in the moment didn’t even realise anything happened, you can even watch it live mate, but agree seems to be a net code or something as his car did jump forward slightly, and if I would have felt something at the time I would have 100% waited like I always do if I feel it 👍
Looks like you did a Kimmi to the guy. But it could be net code but even if in doubt, you should have given the place back.
@@thekie25 I'm just saying when you're annoyed at a reputation for dirty driving it's this kind of stuff. I don't think you're a dirty driver, but I watch you, tidgney and Rory all semi regularly, kinda rotate between the 3 of you, and if there's a rare overtake or defence I think was abit too strong and just about crosses into too much, like 80% of the time it's you. If you had abit more awareness around those rare moments and reacted accordingly you'd be away with any dirty reputation pretty quickly
I saw this live, it’s really sad that some drivers like Kimi in A+/S are still a thing. I hope that PD finds a solution up their sleeve to ban him forever.

He needs to be perma banned. He's shown he has no remorse or ability to change his ways.
He has been banned multiple times but all they can do is console ban him, but he can then just sell that console and buy a new one, it’s really sad, the fact he is a full grown adult ruining races like this also.
This should be handled by the players . Just take him out of the track, everyone .

In fairness to him that move from 9:40 - 9:45 was pretty impressive
I catch races every day with players like him on A/S rank. The 3 races on the 5th were ruined like players like him, I'm playing a lot less because of it. And sometimes we still get penalties for other people's mistakes.

Real Rookie 🇲🇽 Matrek4 🇺🇲 and Dann07 🇺🇲 Don't expect those players to race clean, they are the Kimis in America, sometimes I had to teach them some lessons and I'll do the same as many times as necessary against them, yes, destroying his races in turn 1 at lap 1 and I'm not feeling guilty when I took them out and if my race is ruined in the process...well, at least my sacrifice will allow the rest of the players to have a good and clean race

The yellow line doesn't give you a boost... The car is running a tighter circle, which means less distance travelled, hence you can overtake.

I am in favor of activating damage in the daily races . They have also dumbed down the penalties for contact which has made the driving much rougher. The bump out of the way passing technique has become a common thing .This kind of driving occurs all the time in the C class. I have started on pole three times at Daytona this week and taken out on the first lap essentially like starting in the back
I'm totally with you regarding activating (heavy) damage. Sure, there will still be idiots causing collateral damage for a short time, but their ability to cause damage throughout a race will be limited.
I don't get it: when lapped, a car is ghosted so that faster cars drive right through them. And, I think that cars are ghosted for a variety of reasons, so why can't PD develop an algorithm that detects intentional (or not!) slow driving as exhibited here?

Pretty easy to gain SR back by dirty driving, just go to daily race A and race at the back for a couple races. Its no wonder hes A rated, by pushing everyone off. PD need to sort the algo out for general dirtiness. If your percentage of dirtyness is exceptionally high, back to E rated for you. Bigger consequences are needed!
Spot on. Make it harder to get SR back, even looking into banning these dirty drivers from farming SR in Race A. Not sure if it's possible, though.

Because we found out he had to buy multiple consoles, this has been going on for years since GT Sport, he had his PS4 banned ages ago, he has also done stupid things to people who actually work for PD he is not the brightest, plus we know he has received multiple bans on GT7 so only explanation for him re appearing is he buys another PS5 and sells the banned console.
So shouldn't his SR rating completely plummet after this actions on track? So that him getting back to high SR rating would take lot of clean races? Just asking as I don't play this.

they need to do a ip ban on him , and pd need to ban the use of vpn ,so he cant hide behind it . i play bf4 which is a 11 year old game and the use of vpn is banned . so it can be done easily for a company like pd and sony .

I can agree although my experience when we raced through from the back on fresh account was most incidents were lack awareness and ability and race craft not always deliberate but yes there was some extremely savage racing 😂
I agree with Kie in that a lot of incidents occur because of lack of skill and awareness. I'm a mid-B racer, not ever going to reach A (I'm almost 64), but EVERY race there are loads of examples of dirty driving. Not the majority, but enough that it is a major problem for we drivers in lower DR ratings who want a clean race.
Kimi is funny, just make a smart move before he strikes!
It’s not as easy as that especially when you are on last lap racing for win, you can’t just lift as then you probably get overtaken or cause more issues for cars behind 👍
He uses counter steer assist. Its very difficult to do the same to him.
