They were wall mount speakers. They were dual voice coil and the board was for that. One of the kickers had a repaired cone and the box was kinda shitty

And the AlNiCo driver. They sound like ass because the new amps cannot handle the drivers. They were HIGH IMPEDENCE. I was also kinda like what when he blew the AlNiCo because they are expensive. The exact reason they stopped making them except for a specialty market.
Plexiglass is a huge no-no for bandpass subs (or really, any sub). They will resonate like crazy and greatly affect the efficiency of the enclosure that allows the driver to perform. Especially with a bandpass enclosure, where the nature of these enclosures are extremely parameter sensitive, and are thus very unforgiving of any errors.

my guess is 100w clipped.
Depends on the impedance of the speaker. At 4 ohms I can get 1100 watts, and at 8 I can get about 700
