From everything I’ve seen and read about him he seems to be a genuinely nice person. Last year he was on America’s Got Talent and for some reason didn’t make it through! But in a way where she make the song her own, change it. give the lyrics new meaning in some way. This cover of Iris by Khan, I think its the best pure cover. Where its honest to the original. Still making it his own, and feeling it. But the song is the same, meaning is the same. And for me, those two songs are the best covers ( I know so far ) There is, with the two main approaches of making a cover. And those feelings you have. That is what music is all about.
