    In the cases where crimes were committed under the orders of corrupt FIB agents, T/M/F who were coerced and faced threats of imprisonment or death, including their families, would have grounds to claim a defense of duress. While the defense of duress would not typically excuse all crimes, such as the act of blowing up a government building, the fact the duress was caused by high-ranking FIB agents who had the power to kill/imprison means they would be the ones charged for those crimes aswell as coercion

      For a formal charge, intent and organization/planning matters. Murdering one person is a murder, but murdering one person as a means to a socio-political goal is terrorism. Same goes for bigger stuff. It's actually an interesting ongoing debate in international law, cuz of how trigger-happy american diplomats and lawmakers are for labeling everything terrorism.

    "Under F.I.B. orders" should be charged because the "F.I.B." Michael was working with was corrupt, and I think participating in crime which has maliciouse purposes is also illegal.

    keep in mind the ludendoff heist would presumably be handled by the Federal Government not North Dakota since the Union Depository was presumably FDIC insured. Meaning while North Dakota might not have the death penalty, the Federal Government does, so he might be facing execution for the murders in Prologue alone.

    These are good videos. My suggestion though would be to add the amount of years in parenthesis under the charge so that I don’t have to do the math in my head, or in some cases, not even know how many years a charge gives since the number goes so high.

      Plus, he hasn't worked with Lester in 9 years, and it's never indicated he's aware of his streak of murdering corporate executive. IDK.

      with proper paperwork, you can buy or transfer automatic weapons manufactured before 1986, in which case we should only be able to buy just 2-3 rifles that are automatic.

      That was a felony murder. Any deaths caused during a crime will count towards all the offenders, even if that death is from an accomplice.
      Say you rob a bank with your pal, but he gets shot by security and dies. That's 1 count of felony murder for you.

      Actually, Trevor and Michael both participated in the crime, so any deaths caused during said crime count towards everyone involved. Brad would also be charged with those murders. That's what a felony murder is.
