9:45 Not sure why I didn't notice the first time I played through the game, but that reference to "See no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil" is pretty clever.
I'm intrigued by the fact that some of Dave's felony murders aren't something like "solicitation of felony murder" or something similar, to note that he didn't himself commit them but instead coerced or solicited someone else to commit them for him.
Yeah that’s the problem with these kind of vids. There are far more specific charges that need to be made and you could get multiple charges out of one act too. I work for a small town newspaper and I read over the arrests for drug busts or violent acts or even simple altercations with police. The list of charges that get tacked on are insane.
I searched about felony murder on google i will post it here and you take your conclusions ok? Felony murder is a legal rule that expands the definition of murder. It applies when someone commits a certain kind of felony and someone else dies in the course of it. It doesn't matter whether the death was intentional or accidental-the defendant is liable for it. The rule is usually limited to felonies that are inherently or foreseeably dangerous to human life, such as arson, rape, robbery, and burglary. Unlike most murder charges, felony murder doesn't require the intent to kill, only: the intent to commit the underlying felony (the "predicate felony"), and that someone died as a result of the felony. If more than one person participates in the felony, all involved are equally responsible, even those who didn't cause the death. In some cases, even those who weren't present when the death occurred are responsible. *Example: Three people agree to burglarize a home; Al and Bill go inside while Carl acts as a lookout. When the homeowner discovers the burglars, Bill shoots and kills him. All three are guilty of felony murder, even if Al and Carl didn't know Bill was armed, and even though Carl was outside the entire time. (Bill is probably also guilty of old-fashioned first- or second-degree murder-either way, a judge would probably give him the harshest sentence.)*
don't forget payphone assassinations, killing Haines, Stretch, Cheng, and Devin in Ending C and I think policemen and soldiers murdered in heists and heist preps also count.

Lester would get a quite bit larger sentence if you consider both that it seems like he has done this for a lot of years before the game starts. Also considering what he is doing in gta online things like giving money to the police so you can get away, the diamond casino heist etc
In truth Lester's list would've been much different had you counted his Online presence as well. Rackman specifically stated there will be no record at the end of the Doomsday Heist, which he starts robbing the Diamond Casino shortly after, making him stack functionally infinite charges of "Accessory to armed robbery"
To be honest, the thing that kinda annoys me is the boosting the cars at the beginning of the game. I wouldn't necessarily classify that as grand theft auto only because it is a dealership reposition. In the real world, thats like your average repo guy repositioning a car and being criminally charged for it. To say the least it is official business with an added climax for the game.
thats true but if it was a repo job, a tow truck would come and repo it, not two gangsters who had to sneak in to take them, to then drive off recklessly.
Simeon is a loan shark and typically loan sharks operate outside the law, typically by doing things like hiring two men to steal the cars back at a lower rate than hiring an official towing company to repo the delinquent vehicles. Even if we assume Simeon had a valid lending license, I think he breaks several fair lending principles such as having Franklin "repo" Jimmy's vehicle which was less than a month in on payments.
All those felony murder charges for Lamar actually would fall under Manslaughter, as they didn't intend to kill anyone, they just wanted to steal the bike. And you could only chalk every self defense up to self defense if he had a great lawyer. Considering yknow, both of those shootouts were in a drug deal.
Well some of them would be classified as homicides, along with assault on an officer, domestic terrorism, possession of unregistered firearms, possession of illegal firearms, arson, and all the others he missed in the video
Terrorism must be an act that creates fear in order to support a political goal. The robbery might have been scary, but it was only done to get the money, so it wouldn’t count.

So the counts of murder sentences wouldn't count that way because he is "just" an accomplice which means a much lower sentence. Same thing with every other character in this video. It's ridiculous how badly researched that video is.

0:22 Repo and under Simeon's orders. Repo might require a tow truck though and sometimes police. 0:58 This is tough because he pulls his gun out likely due to the numbers and only shoots when the Vago's guy goes for his own gun. The Vago's 'is doing so in his own self defense. At the very least brandishing, but could be second-degree murder. 1:05 These are Franklin's which also in self-defense but also I recommend seeing DarkViperAUs Pacifist% to see how many Lamar can actually kill. 1:27 Was supposed to be a repo but Franklin kept the bike instead. Could be argued that he didn't know at the time. 2:58 It's drywall. 3:17 Also resisting arrest because they evade the police after this. 5:05 Actually, that would be making Franklin the home owner into order to pay the property taxes. Still money laundering though. 6:27 The cop crashed his car and Lester isn't present. 7:58 Battery and kidnapping, maybe not kidnapping because Michael agreed under duress, but Michael was transported while unconscious against his will. 8:02 Michael is self-defense here just to get out alive, but it wouldn't have happened if Dave didn't put him there. 9:23 Unlikely, but might be legal torture. 9:33 Legal assassinations are more of a IAA thing. Could be legal but likely they are skipping some legal processes here. 10:18 The FIB orders were to rob the truck, not kill police after. Maybe the crew isn't getting away otherwise. but murder was not the order. Also I want to add that the robberies were bad writing. They could make up number digitally for what they are trying to do. But this is their chosen method instead for untraceable cash. Except the bills could still be traceable. 11:08 Accessory to bank robbery + coercion. Did not order the deaths of police and military. Lester's plan was to go heavily armed expecting a fight. 13:06 The murders weren't part of the orders. 13:20 The solicitation of Trevor's murder was more on Steve although Dave is more at risk if Trevor finds out that Dave killed Brad.
0:58 you seriously think a man like Lamar Davis can legally own a firearm? He even says he can’t purchase stuff from ammu-nation because of his priors 2:58 he attempted to purchase drugs. Which is a felony, just not as bad as actual poss with intent to distribute Any actions done by the trio on the orders of the FIB, ICA or other governmental organisation are illegal. That is why they contracted the three of them, because if they get caught they can’t be traced back to the govt.
Franklin never wanted to keep the bike. Lamar was the one that took it for himself and then later on gave it to franklin, only then did he decide on keeping it figuring that Simeon wouldn't care about it now and wouldn't wanna see franklin anymore regardless
Lester doesn't really do anything. He's supposedly a hacker, but he doesn't hack anything, you always have to hire another hacker. All he does is get the fence he knows to fence the gold, jewels, etc. Which, honestly, anybody could do. Yet he takes a bigger cut than everyone else for just yelling in their ears the entire heist.

Just as an addition: When you first start out GTA Online Lamar gives you a non traceable firearm (based). Since it can be assumed that he owns one too and probably hands them out for the gang it would be possession of an ilegal firearm and distribution of ilegal firearms (which are just about everything that can shoot a bullet in California/San Andreas law)

this video must've taken forever to make ... thank you for this
Lester is my favourite character, I hope people like him too
Same here. He's my favorite character.
Yep. He's a genius. I wanna be like him
This channel is such a great concept. Never would have thought about this. You have a subscriber.
@realmousait has 5 months over this channel on the concept
So im assuming next will be our GTAO characters?
If you are and want to do it, I would recommend taking a sample of missions that nobody does and multiplying it
Holy shit
Kinda hard to determine since there isnt any defined order for the gta online protagonist
the protagonist of GTA Online is pure evil, I'm sure that he will at least receive many times more prison sentences than the same psychopath Trevor
57499 years in prison + 5000000 fine
Imagine if they go try and get the footage for the avenger setup and say screw it and put the entire thing under self defense.😂
I was scandalized about Lamar's sentence and then I finished watching the video 😂
Lester would have 1000% have cooperated and gotten witness protection
Witness protection for what?! No one was convicted of anything!!
@@emperortime2356Its always one tard that can’t comprehend.
Man I'd love if the next entry has like a built in Stat in the menu that shows you just what your sentence would be for all crimes committed so far by (in GTA VI's case) Florida State law hahaha!
Technically wasn't Grand Theft Auto, there was a repossession order
its shady business though, tow truck would have came.
@@georgewashingtonsar-1527 true, but it was never said that the repossession order was not legal.
@@London_J we know that atleast one of the repos is illegal( jimmy’s car) the rest are unclear
A illegal one
Imagine what our GTA Online characters would be charged with. lol
Yeah lol death penalty
I love how you think that the government would care that the FIB was ordering the crimes. DA wants those criminal charges.
Ain't no way Lamar got more years than Lester 💀
Can't wait for "If Carl CJ Johnson from GTA San Andreas was charged for his crimes."
Overated
@@candles6103 Yeah, sure, the best selling PS2 game of all time is overrated.
adelllllllllll
llllllllllll
lllll
i love how there were multiple people's crimes in a video about 14 minutes but there was a 12 minute video just for trevor
He even says he can’t purchase stuff from ammu-nation because of his priors
2:58 he attempted to purchase drugs. Which is a felony, just not as bad as actual poss with intent to distribute
Any actions done by the trio on the orders of the FIB, ICA or other governmental organisation are illegal. That is why they contracted the three of them, because if they get caught they can’t be traced back to the govt.
woundnt there also be a charge for the automatic weapons?
I was about to comment on that tax evasion thing too. It's just plain old tax planing.
2:58 it was drywall yes but his intention was an real illegal substance
What a nice friend Franklin is for taking away 11x counts of 2nd degree murders
Lamar: Yo, I'd just got over 422.5 years behind bars, but only fined for a Grand, dog?!

Gta online character would be charged to oblivion
@@dunf rsrsrsrs
If the main characters was sent to court, their weapons would bypass metal detection and appear out of thin air, emptying out the ammo and walk free.
Man I can’t wait for the gta online protagonists, might need to reach out to gta series videos to accurately compose it all without the screwups of random people. Might even need to split up the amount of footage with all the dlc into parts.😅
Screwups of random people ?
@@cinemacop do CJ from GTA San Andreas
@@cinemacop Everyone who doesn’t have a dedicated grinding crew/people that will help grind dlc heists no matter the cost knows that usually random people coming into the lobby is a mixture of people that might either take it seriously or people who simply can’t or won’t do the intended mission objectives.
The rate of failure for both of them are high, and the turnover rate needs to be picky or else your gonna find yourself right back inside the lobby. And god forbid you play a part of the dlc that’s unpopular.
i just wonder how bros google history looked after this video
7:26 fun fact Dave was intended to shot trevor because of how unstable he is but brad at the last second moved in front of trevor which saved his life and brad ends up getting shot.
Literally everyone knows that
love how you can skip jail time so long as you're committing crimes for the FBI.
To put into perspective how long Davie's sentence is, 3029 years ago David, that guy who killed the giant with a stone in the old testament became king of Israel. If Davie was sentenced back then, lived his entire sentence, and was let go, it would be 2017.
let’s go another episode
Just as an addition: When you first start out GTA Online Lamar gives you a non traceable firearm (based). Since it can be assumed that he owns one too and probably hands them out for the gang it would be possession of an ilegal firearm and distribution of ilegal firearms (which are just about everything that can shoot a bullet in California/San Andreas law)
12:57 I thought Davey was only going to get a lot of years in prison, since for all of this that’s what it looked like.
The year is 5047. Legend has it, Dave is still in jail.
3000 years in prison?! I think the state would just kill Dave then depending on if San Andreas allows the death penalty or not.
Can we get a video where you examine Jameson‘s crimes in the Spider-Man films? Slander, libel, cyber stalking?
If Niko Bellic was Charged for his crimes, If Carl Johnson was Charged for his crimes or if Ron Jakowski was charged for his crimes OR if Stretch was charged for his crimes OR if the gunmen you hire for heists were charged for their crimes :)
niko and CJ seem interesting. i wonder how being the victim of blackmail/extortion would affect the charges
It's crazy that Even if you would devide Daves sentence between Trevor and Michael as well, they'd still each have a higher prison sentence then Jeffrey dalmers
Do our online characters next
Don’t think that would be possible😂
Death penalty
@@LittleboGreepIsAsheepMAN yeah rock star make it also
@@robotdisstracks1426 my character owns like 50 million to the city for everything
lamar is genuinely the most hilarious side character i’ve ever seen in my life 😭😭😭
1:39 bro ain't gonna care about no 1000+ fine when he in jail nearly 400 years
That's some unique content
Nice work brother 😅
Dave is a naughty boy indeed.
The counts are probably much higher if you include all the accessory charges
