    Lovely! I live in New Zealand and about to plant three 6 foot what we call king pungas here ( Dicksonia squarrosa ) they can grow up to 7 meters I think. I’m praying they do not go into too much shock!

    If you have Dicksonia Antarctica in a pot like I do.... and you need to water regularly to prevent the trunk from drying out.... is there a risk of overwatering? Not of the trunk but the soil in the pot... can it get too wet and the roots rot like a normal potted plant?

      Extremely unlikely unless there's no drainage holes in the pot

      Do you mean the Acacia tree seedlings or other tree ferns?
