Did you know aviation snips come in 3 different blade configurations? There are right hand, left hand, and straight. Each handle is colored specifically. For example, all right hand snips are red, regardless of manufacturer. I used red as an example only! I have no idea the actual colors. Using the appropriate blade shape makes your cutting tasks so much easier. There are also electric snips which are really fast and easy! 💕
I was researching the big shot and it doesn’t say in any of the descriptions that it can cut tin, so where do I get those forms the diecuts so that I can cut tin? I’m really excited about this that I loved your video !
I know it's been a while, I hope you got your answer. I use my Big Shot and thinlet dies to cut into aluminum pans and soda cans. It cuts right through, usually in one or two passes. Just be careful with the dies, as cutting metal sharpens the die itself.
So excited to know my Big Shot will cut through tin metal. I have a collection of tins I gathered for a similar purpose, but never was sure how to cut with any accuracy. TFS!
Kenny I was wondering where can I buy that did die cut so I can cut leather on my big shot I live in Lubbock Texas and I have looked everywhere I have looked an Amazon Michaels hobby lobby I don't know where to get it
Hi Candie, Could you please tell me what cutting base (grey one) you are using? I tried with the clear one on bottom but is not thick enough, and regular paper cutting base is too thick? H-E-L-P? Please.
Can Anyone answer this? I need to know. The video does little help if they don't give you the info on the items/tools used to make the pieces! I'm trying to order now and need help, please!!
Beautiful!

I'd like to know the same thing!!!
I really love this video, so awesome!!! 😊
What machine are you using?
Can I emboss and cut a 23 or 24 gauge Aluminum sheet? The box of biscuits seems beautiful thick.
Will this cut through 24 or 26 gauge copper? I've never seen dies like those.

I have tried and tried to cut out a cookie tin with my cuttlebug with no luck . Do I need a better die cutter?
Yes. The Big Shot has more pressure than the Cuttlebug.
Where did you get your magnetic dies?

It is the magnetic piece that came w/ the Big shot jewelry machine. Hope that helps.

Would you be able use pop cans

Hot glue???? No, no, no. That won't stay together long. Use Fiebings Leather glue people. Don't cut corners. Make your pieces to last.
Awesome..... you need safety glasses too
