Also, news media and others who took Trump's acceptance of Biden's debate challenge seriously obviously missed the entire primary season when Trump made excuses to avoid every debate this election cycle. They also glossed over the time he promised to sit for an interview with Robert Mueller and the times he said he was going to testify in his civil cases.
I guarantee Trump will make an excuse to not debate, then spin it to throw the blame on President Biden.

FYI… my husband did work for Trump on one of his properties… and the MOMENT the job was done, Trump filed for bankruptcy. I had an infant and toddler at home, and my husband was gone nearly three months straight, because this was supposed to be wonderful for us! But we never saw a dime. It truly hurt us, and I’ve never forgotten.

I am so sorry for you and your family - Trump truly has a special place reserved where all bad people eventually go. My son-in-law works in the building trade in the U.K..and sometimes clients don't pay, but there they have the small claims court which is quite effective. I live in France - here there is a requirement for a fixed rate deposit against a signed and accepted quote, and quotes are legally binding on both sides. When the work is done, the client must sign then and there to say so. Not perfect but better than nothing.
My mum always said that rich people didn't get rich by taking their wallets out.

Contractor are required to fulfill their contractual obligation, if the work is not up to the Specification then the Owner reserves the right to withhold some or all of the payment depending on the circumstance. He won’t mention that many of those people left when he was there for just a few hours; all he does is lie. The weather was dreary ; not exactly a good day for the beach.
