It is beauty to see Steve Clark in Photographs behind.
Steve Brown did a kick ass job filling in for Phil. It's quite admirable that this man came in and learned it all within 24 hours, so that we Pennsylvanian's could rock along with Def Leppard at Hershey Stadium.
Not the first time he had done this. Filled in for Vivian in either 2015 or 2016
Steve opened with Def Leppard in Wembley Stadium when Viv was undergoing stem cell treatments.

Very odd that Vivian doesn't play these solos. He's one of the greatest rock and roll lead players of all time.
Magnus Berzerkersen he would have had to learn Phil’s parts in addition to Steve learning vivs, so they just stuck with Steve learning Phil’s.

Very happy for the guys that Brown is able to step in and step up. Way to keep the show on the road. But I must admit it just isn't the same without Mr. Collen. I wish Phil and Helen all the best and a speedy recovery. God bless them all.

Whoa! NICE job on most iconic, "Photograph" solo, Steve Brown! I'm absolutely DAY ONE Def Lep fan, from 1st album=first day in U.S. stores. I can't believe I don't hate Steve just for not being Phil. I actually kinda like him! FYI: I hung out backstage with the band in 80's. THE #1 nicest rock stars. Joe served me my dinner, like a good host.

Now I have regrets of not seeing all these bands when I was younger. As much as I loved them during the heyday, it's not the same. It's more a nostalgic thing now.

Every aspiring musician and working musician should check out Eddie Trunks interview with Steve Brown. It's how to be a professional 101. I'm not a fan of Trixter but I respect talent and most importantly work ethic and positive attitude and Steve has it in spades.

Steve is a good guy, saw him in Jersey filling in with Danger Danger when their guitar player couldn’t get a visa to get into the states due to all the Trump BS. Good dude!
Yeah, I went to school in Paramus with him, and worked in the print shop along side of him (1987-88) . Saw him in Maywood NJ doing a gig at Twin Doors. we knew all the guys in Trixter. really great guys, and Steve is a great guitarist.

Joe’s doesn’t have much voice left. LOTS of help from backing vocals, and I’d even venture to bet he has a guy in a booth singing back stage backing him up as well.
Biff Bifford Joe's voice is still amazing. He had a rough go with his voice in the 90s, but it sounds 100 times better than it did. That concert was amazing. Loved the whole Def Leppard show. Journey, not so much

It's so strange that they chose Steve Brown of all people. Steve has a great singing voice and amazing skills, but Trixter isn't well known and neither is he.
First show without Phil Collen? Maybe since he joined the band but far from Def Leppards first show without him since he wasn't around for the first two recordings and late in on the third.

It's amazing what he's accomplished over the last 30+ years - a true inspiration. You think of how young he was and really no support for someone like that professionally speaking back then. Talk about drive, passion and determination!

Vance Shepherd at the same time though I think it's just the moment flashing before his eyes. He's a fan himself and I would presume playing with Leppard is much more upscale than with his band Trixter.
