I theorize that the tentacle symbolizes the seafood-rich and bizzare diet especially prominent in the poorer side of the twin city. Even though it is more common in zaun, it is still in piltover to show the parallels in opposites. But as the leaks reveal, the tentacle is actually foreshadowing a giant octopus monster that sends great floods on the cities resulting in the deaths of every character we meet. This shows how danger and tragedy can come suddenly from unexpected places and swimming is an important skill to learn
And the wood grain surface of the skewer represents the friction that both Piltover & Zaun have towards each other & the dependency that keeps them from completely separating⤵️💥 Well, you can safely say you put ALL your guesses on the table and at least one will be right🤣
Nagakabouros. Tentacles are the symbol of the Goddess of Motion, the One against stagnation Here could means an "imminent change" or "a stagnation". It is a lore component of League pre-Arcane lore. Look for Illaoi.
I was thinking the green with the tentacle signifies the firelights ends up joining forces with Jinx for a bigger threat to Zaun. It would be interesting if Kaitlyn went all Anakin Skywalker to Darth Kiramman with Mel’s Mom being her senator Palpatine, whispering in her ear. How far will she go for revenge?. Or Warwick and Mel’s Mom alone are the bigger threat,,which rallies all of Zaun together with Jinx 🤔❤️🔥❤️🤔
I won't spoil anything, but that stopwatch means a lot more for Ekko's story than simply perspective😃(which is why that scene is possibly a good foreshadowing) Though the tentacles are probably just visual fluff, not everything has to have a meaning behind it, especially not filler elements. For something to become an important symbol it must not be in the background, the popstickle is probably just a reused asset for the new clip too, nothing significant. When you want to understand a piece of art, you have to understand how the creator thinks, what is and isn't on purpose. One can easily fall into the hole of overanalising and putting meaning behind everything, even if its very obvious there's nothing.
We need arcane season 2 soon, we are devolving into madness
