    I just bought my stainless steel wok! I use to work at panda express and I miss cooking with a wok. We used a ladle & shovel to cook the fried rice & noodles in large portions.

      there is a reason why panda express does not use stainless steel wok,
      same with EVERY professional chef in China, none of them use stainless either.
      They also don't add raw mushrooms to eggs that cook in under 2 minutes
      and then serve raw mushroom in the food.

    I've always made egg drop ramen in the morning. Once on a while, if time permits, i stir fry with all kinds of stuff, too. 👍

    I normally use butter and oil. 2 tablespoons max of those two combined.

    i want to know what seasoning you add to your egg..did you also add some water in order for the egg not to dry out quickly?

    Adding RAW mushroom to egg,
    GUARANTEES mushroom is still raw
    while egg is already done.
    Even if you burn egg by overcooking,
    mushroom is still raw.
    Do you try the food you cook,
    do you not realize mushroom is still raw?
