Even if you demoed the house, (I would) it's a great deal. Wooded 15 acre corner lot with electric, well and septic. It's all hard wood. You could clearcut 5 acres and make a 1/3 to 1/2 your money back However, this place is remote. If you want a Walmart, you're going to drive an hour at least. I would buy it, but it's in the wrong state. I want this in south-central Tennessee.
It is definitely private/secluded but there is a "Super Wal-Mart" about 25-30 miles east in Camdenton (also the main city at the Lake of the Ozarks). Or, there are all kinds of other stores that are closer, if you are not the Wal-Mart type.
