Get a scraper with a long blade for the window. Used one on mine, didn’t damage anything and was clean in less than 5 minutes. Just use it lightly and make sure not to press it into the glass.

hi! Did you consider putting the smoker on its side, opening the door and letting it rest on the ground, and allowing the cleaner to "sit" on the glass portion for an extended period of time?
