    Well, i actually put in the shock shaft first, then i thread o-rings and bushing on the shaft and shove it into the shock body. This minimizes damaging the o-rings even more. 😉

    Will this work if shocks are already leaking?

    I've used green slime on my tourer shocks before and I find it contaminates the silicone oil and
    makes it harder to see if any air bubbles have remained in the shocks after rebuild.
    Is there something I'm doing wrong?
