This is the piece I most want to hear played live, on a really big organ. I adore this work. I was gutted to check on Saturday and realise there was a recital in London which I missed.. ah well. This and Les Corps Glorieux… my idea of perfection.
Philip Glass, one of my favourite modern day composers. Mad Rush is seldom played and should be played more often on CLASSIC FM.... So if there are any presenters from Classic FM reading this, please be so kind enough as to play it.... I'm not long left for this world and it would be lovely to hear it live.
Thanks Anna. I just bought a £2500 subwoofer to really enjoy your new album... A bit pricey, but actually hearing the low registers as well is magical!
Finally, Philip Glass, my favorite conteporary composer. I have lost count how many times I have played Prophecies and Revelations from Koyaanisqatsi on my organ.
Who is she talking to? Anna is an excellent presenter, so I wish she would look at the camera, rather than rudely ignoring the viewer. This irritating technique was never clever, and shouldn't be used anymore
@@nigelbevan8449 She's also a very good presenter facing the camera! That's why it's so annoying that some silly media student told her to gaze off into space - a technique suited for those who are incapable of speaking to camera.
Mad Rush is also the feeling I get when I see Anna has posted another video!
Thank you Anna. I really appreciate your explanation of the music we hear so we can better understand it all.

Love your outfit so beautiful ❤
I think Anna has two jackets - a red one and this one. Which definitely fits the astronomical theme.

this is such a weird thing to get upset about. you good?
Don't fret about it... She's being interviewed, she's not a news reader reading off an autocue.
