I have seen every episode, but forgot about David Ogden Steirs encounter with Eddie. The angular shot of Eddie underneath the dinner table is classic comedy. Watching the clips with no yearly order, you can see the two Eddie Actors, Moose and his son, Enzo. Moose lived for 16 years and was brought on stage when the last episode finished filming. He was nearly deaf but recognized the crowds applause.
Eddie staring was just so funny. Even when Frasier wasn't there....he would be staring at some kind of picture. I think Frasier trying to stare at Eddie to see how he liked being stared at was highlight...I mean to not laugh at this is crazy
We owned a Jack Russell and my folks were big Frasier fans and whenever Eddie would come on my dad would tell our dog "Look, it's Eddie he's your cousin!" I'm still disappointed they never did a crossover with SeaQuest, where he rode the dolphin!
I dunno if it's on here somewhere already, but if not, (doesn't come up in search) a compilation of frasier shouting "Niles!" Must be a videos worth. Cheers for the uploads.

My favorite was the one when Frazier was sick and during the outro of the episode Frazier was back at the station during the show and it panned over to where Roz sat and Eddie was sitting there instead, had the headphones on and everything, just staring at Frasier. Then Roz woke up and looks around confused, she was dreaming Eddie sitting there
Lesson we learned today: don't get into a staring contest with a dog like Eddie. The 2 I like the best is the one where Lilith tells him to "go away" and he does immediately. The other one is at about the 8:00 mark. When he jumps on the couch with Frasier and the guy from MASH(sorry but I don't remember the actor's name lol). He keeps turning his head, trying to decide who to stare at. You can almost see him thinking "Geez, this is kinda spooky."lol
Moose and then his son Enzo really gave character to little Eddie and Eddie always stared at Frasier because he actually loved him. Bless their little paws,both at Rainbow Bridge now 😢😢
I always assumed that Eddie likes to stare at Frasier because he smells like his dad. And he had the strongest smell since Frasier is the eldest brother.
I see a difference between Moose and Enzo staring at Kelsey Grammer. Moose seems natural while it seems Enzo had to be trained to stare and it seems he wants to get over it.
These Clips were great. Moose was so cute as Eddie. These are so Funny. I just love watching these. I think Mary Tyler Moore show and Fraiser Show made me Laugh more than alot of the Other Comedy Shows, did. Or now they just seem Funnier to me. I did like Home improvement show alot, and the 60s Dick Vandyke Show. I love to laugh at really funny things. Mash has some very funny moments in the first 2 or 3 seasons.But did have some very wonderful more serious story lines. Different type of show. It's still on today, and I watch it alot. I wish Frasier would come on Re runs. These great clips make me realize how funny this show really was!!👏🥰🤗🤣🤣🤣
I don't think I realized until now what a great actor Eddie was.
Moose was his real name, been in a movie too! His son Enzo took on the role of Eddie in later series.
