it works simply by having a faster phone, laptop, computer, or tablet then others. If you have a device that loads something faster than another person, then you'd load the notification faster than them. Other reasons could be that RUclips doesn't want to load the likes in fully. Sometimes, RUclips will not load properly, and will mess up the comment, view, and like count.

STORYTIME!
One day in my sixth grade science class, we were going to do a really fun experiment and everyone was hyped! Soon we started class, and I could already tell my teacher must have been having a hard day. A few minutes in to the lab ( my school called our experiments labs) I noticed that my best friend Carla was not in her seat I was worried because she might have gotten I trouble (there were some bullies picking on her at the time) but I kept quiet. We heard a knock on the door a couple seconds after my worries. But as soon as my teacher opened the door she started screaming "why the heck, are YOU late to MY class!!" Carla was quiet and did not like getting in trouble and she was normally a teachers dream so I guess she was not used to that and started crying. Then my teacher " Why are you CrYInG?!" Then my teacher slammed the door in her face. Carla knocked a couple more times and still the teacher wouldn't answer. Carla ended up staying out there the entire class period! Just crying in the hall way!!!! I was really mad at my teacher so me and Carla switched our classes to a nicer teacher.
