I wonder if Chad is a name or a reference to a "Sigma Chad Dad". It's a saying or slang for an alpha male and Kaylee's dad referenced that at their vigil. He said something about Kaylee would tell him don't be a Chad Dad.
Chad is apparently used now as a derogatory word for alpha males by "involuntarily celibate" groups that call themselves In-Cels. They dubbed popular "stuck up" kids "Chads and Staceys". Elliott Rodger (22) hero of the InCels was responsible for this kind of rejection revenge-rage killing - I think he killed 6 at UCSB in 2014 and made a video about his rejection motive that explains his deranged point of view.

I looked up S Clancy St. in Post Falls Idaho. Just around the corner on S Clancey and proceeding to Ponderosa St there is an Antique Gun Shop and Military items. Google map shows it is termporarily closed. Just found that interesting. Peace to the young people murdered and families and friends

This is a stretch ok, but so is all of this stuff. Closed power station in ID next to the girls hometiwn of Cour De'lein ID by water, and right next to S. Clancy Rd. AVISTA POWERHOUSE next to HWY 90 (closest HWY). A random road goes way out in middle to that closed powerhouse (closed according to google maps).

His old friend was on FOX saying he worked with him at a pizza place & got him the job there, but in 2013 while they did drugs and then he went to a few rehabs. His friend lost contact with him. Then he seen him on the news.

@@PsychicKrystaline Jake is the boyfriend of victim Maddie. Research points to him being a really good guy, their relationship was positive, he was not present in the residence and not a leading suspect if indeed a suspect at all now.
Wrong on many if not every count. "They" certainly didn't go to Clancy. Tiny mountain town, frigid, snow, high of 25, low of 10. From investigators: One suspect (not 2). No restraints used. Single-or double blade knife, Ka-bar brand (or similar). Overkill strongly suggests Kaylee was target (not Maddie). No sexual components or assault. Nothing helpful here & in your shoes I'd delete.
The investigators in their most recent statement said they have a lot of information but they're not exposing it to the media because they want a CONVICTION not just an arrest. And they have NOT said with certainty that there is only one perpetrator. If oral sex was the only assault that would not be easy to detect. Also, why wouldn't the killers be in Clancy? Are killers afraid of snow? That's actually a perfect place to hide out with lots of ranch type homes and recreation properties with little police presence.
I wouldn't dismiss this psychic's predictions so quickly. I followed her videos on the Gabby Petito case from the start and they were spot on long before anything was revealed. She stated that Brian killed her, how he did it, where and why and that he killed himself and left a note in his bag confessing the crime. And also where his body would be found. The only thing she didn't get right was how he died. She said he hanged himself. however, I recall that witnesses found a rope by a tree near his body, so maybe he intended to but changed his mind.
1. Do you actually know for a fact there isn’t more than one person involved? 2. Just bc it wasn’t reported to the public doesn’t mean they didn’t use restraints. That could be one thing they wanted to keep hush hush about that only the real ppl involved would know? 3. I don’t think anyone knows for an absolute fact what kind of knife it was. 4. Did it ever occur to you that maybe Kaylee got the worst of it bc she was fighting back trying to protect her best friend Maddie? And last but not least….5. If one of the girls was forced to give a BJ how would the police know that? Clearly there was no intercourse. There’s more than one way to SA someone. If I were you, I would “delete this” comment.🙄
