    I'm the opposite. I'm a founder but enjoy the admin and dislike meeting people

    How does one become a CEO without being a founder first?

    • @isoboy1000
      @isoboy1000 10 месяцев назад +1

      A CEO is simply a company's face and manager of a company on a broader scale, they are mostly head hunted by the company's board. So he doesn't have to start a company.

      @isoboy1000 What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a CEO but not necessarily build a business to increase their chances of achieving it?

      @@aaronholder6294 There is no one clear path one can take to become a CEO, all i know is that they emerge from different disciplines; some were engineers and some are just good at dealing with people. But all of them have one thing in common, they have abilities of managing most complex processes in business and that requires someone with strong leadership skills. Maybe an MBA coupled with a long experience in managerial positions can help.

      @@aaronholder6294mostly CEOs are born out of working for a company in top positions like Auditing, logistic management, engineer, etc then when you excel there you grow up to becoming a CEO, when you succeed as a CEO you will then get more offers from different companies.

    As a founder, I want to go out meeting customers, selling products and dealing with external stuff…..
    Instead, dang, I had to deal with tax, accounting, internal management s, etc… it sucks..
    I’m a very introverted person, I don’t know if that contribute to this dilemma I’m having right now
