Stephanie, you are definitely the “Jill of all trades”. There’s nothing you can’t do! Alora couldn’t be blessed with a better role model for a momma.🥰 The truck was cool. I showed it to my husband (car guy) who knew it was an International Harvester right away. He thought it would be an incredible restoration project. What a neat find.❤

Absolutely 100% agree with you Jami Cakes! I LOVE you two awesome ladies to the moon and back! Honestly and truthfully, you two bring so much joy to this ole ladies heart. Spend most my days in bed due to severe heart failure with many other medical issues…..but I can say with all my heart that you two bring me the greatest heart filled joy of anyone else on earth! I just wish you were MY daughters so I could love you in person but I got y’all tucked in my heart ALWAYS!!! So Thank You both for always being there for me, especially when the days are the hardest to just stay alive!!!

Loved the truck Steph, if you ever get a chance to to Iowa and visit the Iowa 80 truck stop and museaum! It has one of the best selection of antique and old tricks in the country. It's totally free too! Our family went out there last July and we had a great time...

It was green, which considering the pastures at LHL is very promising!! I love the truck. Growing up, there was an IH foundry in our town. Huge employer. I love it even had the keys!

Norma here. We all know how talented you are, but where do you find the time and the energy to accomplish so many varied projects and jobs?
This looks like a great property, but as you said, lots of research is needed to make sure it is the right fit for your fabulous clients. That truck must have so much history.
You could put the truck beside your road and put all your extra vegetables in for folks to enjoy your labors.
I bet the man that took Pawpaws tractor would love that international!❤❤❤

Wow, Steph, that truck is a barn find. Im sure someone looking for a hobby car project would love to purchase it. My husband owns a 70 Chevelle and has done a full reno on it. I call it his " girlfriend."
That truck would make a great lawn ornament with flowers on the back.

I love this property Lester, encouraging to see grazing animals on it and still green grass, even enough to have baled recently. Two ponds and fencing is huge, not to mention I did see clean water and an automatic filler which means a fresh water supply plus a shed with a toilet? I'm guessing there is a septic there too. Seems there is electric there also as there are lights and must be a place to shut off certain water lines to like that sink we saw since no one is living on the property. Not worried about the traffic as it is far enough off the road but heck the favorite spot at LHL's in down by the road watching the cars go by since the cows spend so much time down there. Lots of pasture lots of trees and fencing good enough to keep the cows in even tho some repairs may be needed its not an entire fencing project all at once. But yes I would test the soil in all 4 quadrants and find out about any flooding issues. And the property is large enough that in case of an emergency like Harvey you could move the entire hill there if need be. Not to mention being able to bale your own hay is major, between what you get from ISS and this property you would hopefully not have to buy hay ever again. It would also give LHL's land time to heal and to be amended and once you get good grazing grass you can bring the LH's back and use all 50 acres for hay fields. Can't go wrong buying land, it gives you so many options especially in times like they are now. This property ticked so many box's. Not to mention Lester I would gladly pay 2.49 a month to help support my LH family, I love those cows so dang much.

I used to have an International Harvester pick-up. It was great until it caught fire and burned up. That was the fastest I ever left a vehicle!

I go to haunted houses. For Halloween and they buy all vehicles like that for prep like in the front of The Haunted house. I saw one and the owner was telling the story how he got 1. And they cleaned it up a little bit. And then they use it with people hiding inside. They always fix the horn. That's where it gets scary, so a lot of the world. These haunted houses buy vehicles like that.

That is a cool truck. My husband would have been drooling. He would want to rebuild it. LoL😊. He rebuilt a 1967 International Scout. We called it the beast. Turned out beautiful. Oh I love that property! A pond, trees, grass, cows! I am curious if it's got a well. If so then there's power to run it. Septic? County/city sewer? Questions that do need answers for Lester and Jami.
I LOVE THAT OLD TRUCK! I'm like you! I love seeing things like that and wanting to know more. When I was a Realtor, back in 1995 to 1999, I was in Fayetteville, NC and came across really old things as well. Sometimes in a house and would have to figure out what it was. 😂 Finding really cool stuff in old barns is great too! I have a love for antique cars so trucks like that make me giddy!

WOW I didn't know it was closer to LHL. Lester/Jami could stop there on the way to ISS and the on the way back.
It’s closer to lhl going the other way from ISS,10 minutes from tractor supply,over the other side of town,so 30 minutes away from lhl.

Great looking property but I sure glad you are their realtor that way you can discuss or straight out tell them they need to test grasses, well or water sources, and electricity. I wish I was younger and could help people find their homes that they like or require. Housing market here is so volatile that it is hard what and whatnot will sell. Certainly looked like you and Jami and Lester had a good day out there and a bit of rain too. Thanks for taking us along.
Stephanie is there anything you can't do. Before I got sick an went on disability I was so much like you. I didn't like being told I couldn't do something because I would prove them so wrong. Now I do good to stand up without the room spinning an having to sit back down. I hope they get this property. The females will love it. The longhorn Lester's neighbors will hate it cause Tex will never shut up

The truck reminds me of my grandparents trucks when they would plow the fields and would put the grain in the back from the columbines to take to the granary.😊😊
