Roblox needs to hire a Moderation Manager in each region. Then hire ACTUAL PEOPLE to moderate games. That way there is constant filtration. Even if it’s dirt cheap pay! Make it a side job for 18-24 year olds who play on the side. (College/University & Young adults) Have an in depth zoom call interview with each of them. It would only make the platform safer & solve so many issues. Plus it gives opportunities to people who can’t necessarily move to California to moderate, I would happily volunteer to work remotely. But, you never see jobs like that from Roblox.
