@@drainvigor Look I think Homelander didn't want to kill Maeve, not because he respected her, but because he wanted to keep on controling each aspect of her life because he's just an obsessive narcissist.
@@danielsanchezgomez882 Homelander does show semblance of respect to anyone who doesn't fear him because of how rare it is, regardless of their previous history. Can see it with her, Hughie, Butcher, Stan, Sage.
I love how the beginning of the show starts like a regular superhero movie with the (music and everything) and then gradually we get to see the true nature of this world
I want her back in season 5 where she makes a choice to take compound V again. She’s easily one of the top 3 strongest supes in The Boys
I really don't want this to happen but I'm afraid that if she's going to fight homelender that's going to be her last fight, most likely they will kill her off but i will be happy if she survives.

She’s easily the 3rd strongest Supe in the Boys verse, aside from Soldier Boy she made HL bleed and gave him the toughest fight.
And her, Butcher, and SB teaming up were so close to actually killing his ass in the 3rd season.
Not to mention she was the 2nd strongest and most skilled Supe in the Seven.
I wouldn’t be opposed to her actually coming back.

She did not beat his ass....BUT she did come closer to beating him one on one than anyone else has to date. He was clearly holding back and not taking her seriously in the beginning and she made him pay for that. I wonder if she could have won if she'd been able to give that thing she stuck in his ear a few taps instead of sacrificing herself.

Her striking strength is greater than that of Soldier Boy, she is the only one who has made Homelander bleed
Well I can see why you would think that, but giving someone a nosebleed who isn’t trying to engage is surprisingly easy, we know soldier boy probably gave homelander a couple bruises (he had to cover that with makeup) I’d say that’s probably more of a damage feat (plus soldier boy could’ve probably done more but he had no idea what homelander was packing, he didn’t know about flight etc)

@@phigranewmo9934 yeah, she literally needed a metal rod to do that that’s my whole point. If soldier boy had a metal rod homelander was cooked and if homelander had one soldier boy was probably cooked- having a piece of metal is kind of an advantage. Thanks for bringing that up though because that helps defend my point. The most damage she did was the rod, that was what stunned him enough so she could save everyone from the soldier boy blast, without that all she would’ve done was give him a small nose bleed.

Was solider boy weakened when he fought homelander in the tnt twin’s house? If not maeve is physically stronger than solider boy because the combined strength of butcher and solider boy only managed to make homie bruised while maeve did more than that by herself.
Soldier boy was weakened at that time because he just used his blast before that

Even if solider boy wasn't weakened he was stated to be nearly as strong as home. Lander so he still wins against maeve.
@@iamyourworstnightmare idk about that. Because if solider boy wasn’t weakened him and butcher both did much less damage than Maeve did and both Maeve and homelander was surprised at her strength when his nose bled so it’s possible that homelander and maeve her self didn’t know how strong she was.
