labyrinth is really THAT album, from track 1 called “the album” itself, followed by “crossroads” which is the majestic title track, then “here we are” that produces an anthem like feeling, then the peak of the album which is the track “eclipse,” eventually the album slowed down leading us to “dreamcatcher” and “from me” 2 ballads which showcase gfriends vocals through harmony, a great way to end the album.

Man, true intellectuals appreciate Crossroads. I love Mago and Apple and I'm glad they were able to branch out musically to something entirely different (and more trendy) yet still keep their signature sound, but as a Buddy from debut, I fell in love with this type of instrumental and intense, dramatic, and emotional feeling in their music. They just convey it so well. Especially Yuju's isolated line after the bridge, when I first heard that, it just HIT different. No surprise to anyone one of my favorite Gfriend songs is Time for The Moon Night. Still, as much as I loved Labyrinth, Crossroads deserved better. :( Also Kevin is a musical genius and it's always really fascinating seeing him and anyone else go to the piano to explain and showcase their theories. Thanks for the awesome editing Umu, your videos always make me crack up.
