1. Ordinance rezoning four lots located on the south side of Carter Hill Road, between West Haven Lane and Sanford Street, from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2018-022) Carried over at the April 2nd meeting for 60 days. (7)
2. Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License of Javar Bruce, d/b/a Envi Ultra Lounge, a/k/a Reset Montgomery, 3439 McGehee Road. (Carried over at the April 16th meeting for 45 day review) (5)
