  • This was a test to see how higher speeds will affect battery percentage and what the real range will be.

    Thank you very much! I was hoping to show something similiar so the edrive35 is fully usable car - even for long ditances... You can plan 280-300km trips without stopping.

      @sale666  Год назад

      Yes that should be ok but looking at ABRP (a better route planner) theres chargers everywhere and stopping for 30min to charge is no big deal so you can get anywhere you want!

    Hey how many miles does the I4 edrive go in a single charge. And does it come with a panel charger or do you pay separate for that?

    Thank you so much for the video! I'm currently placing an order for a edrive35 in Spain. I've got a couple of questions:
    1. What's the range at 120km/h? If you reply, can you also indicate what was the weather like?
    2. How much do you recomend the Head Up Display? Are the GPS directions indicated in the HUD if you use Android Auto? Or do they only work for the BMW navigation system?
    Thanks!!

      Hi the range at 120kmh is a lot better I made a around 220km drive and got home with 180km range!
      I recommend the heads up display as to me its a must! All my cars have it and its just awesome! Unfortunately this i4 did not come with it!
      You have everything in the HUD roads , music its just superb!
      The weather here was like 7c - 13c at the time I was driving!

    Hi, thanks for the videos, I’ve ordered a sport 35 as my next company car, due Nov hopefully, really frustrated that I can’t find more content on this model everyone reviews the 40 m sport. Can you tell Me how’s the performance?

    • @sale666
      @sale666  Год назад

      Hey, the performance is good! Coming from F32 420d stage 1 @ 220PS its similar or better!
      I do have a 335d stage 2 as well so I can be a bit ibjective the pull at start its even similar to 335d of course later you are left for dead at high speeds agaist the 335d stage 2... But its great! The initial kick with 0 lag is really fun 😁

    Hi Sasa, you drove the i4 e35 and also the i4 e40, or just the e35, please?
    I am asking to understand a few things from an owner like yourself.
    1. You bought e35 vs e40 because of the price? Or incentives?
    2. Why buying e35 and not e40, taking in consideration the price and range, please?
    3. I am driving a lot of highway, can you let me know the seats comfort and the suspension on how you feel after a long trip or in the city with many bumps?
    4. How is the charging process, as charging speed, on different chargers?
    Any other useful information that you can share, would be very helpful.
    Thank you kindly.

    • @sale666
      @sale666  Год назад +5

      Hi Cristian!
      1. I did not buy it becase of the price but ordered the e40! However first the wait time was 8 months than jumped to 11 and ended up at 18 months wait!
      2. As I said I decided not to buy the edrive but went searching for a used 340i or 340d for maybe a week until I got the call from the BMW dealer that they just recived a demo e35 he said he can lock it in for me that they are unloading it from the truck right at that moment and they will discount me the price as I own 5 bmws already that I bought from them!
      I was just frustrated not being able to find the 340i with the equipment I wanted so I went in for it.
      3. I mostly drove the 420D f32 as daily and that a coupe.
      This is far better in comfort that the coupe version as im used to getting my kidney stones shuffled on our rodes here while driving the coupe.
      4. Charging is ok I usualy just go to Lidl (supermarket) they all have free 50kw stalls and I just do my shopping for 30min and I drive off..
      I usualy get home around 19:00 so If I have to I use the granny charger 2.3kw/h you get with the car and is able to recharge until 8 in the morning roughly 45-50%.. Keep in mind that you never charge at 0% but usualy at 25-30ish so you get to that 80% thats recomended.
      I really dont push it over 80 as I have no use for that really driving localy!
      Take a look at my other videos to see where I live and the conditions I drive in you will see its a lot of hills ups and down and no speed cameras or cops so you drive at will basicly!
      If you need any more info feel free to ask!

      @@sale666 Amazing!
      Thank you kindly for all your useful input. I guess you have regular springs, no adaptive dumping on the e35?
      Is true, how is the ride, in general. I'm driving daily at least 200 km, mostly on highway and I am looking to change a daily driver. Now I am driving an Audi A6 and wish to buy an I4 as well. Still keeping my gas car.
      Highly appreciated the time and the information.

    "B mode" is not the most efficient way to drive! Drive in D and coasting much as possible is the most efficient! Since the i4 doesn't allow zero regen coasting the way to mimic coasting is to genetly press the accelerator tiny bit just so that regen doesn't work. Once regular pedal is pressed the regen brakes would kicks in then the friction brakes will stop the car. According to BMW regular brake pedal regen range is sufficient for 90% of the time! I would also like to see your consumption stated in the video just for reference on both the D or B modes!
