Demand falls against supply sometimes which is the actual statement for the retrenchment hence,there might be in future demand which will best be the correct manner of first thought to prosper,supply exceeds the demand is another statement but that is a disrconomy which are being covered and then the above process starts.
Thus if some company hires again there will be a possibility of start.

Actually there will be saturation again in the case of the lineage of workbase,we have also worked on the data so many like a horse in 6.5 years.There was a complete application of Data Science a lot.Data analytics was a large helm at that time.The way its moving actually no way to invent more in the software platform.Hence,it's the same term of saturation comes in.Thus,automatically recruitment even if declines there will be shutdown of few projects thus there will be retrenchment.

IT industry is a sudden phenomenon,I got the salary of 7 lakhs but now for 7 years I have no jobs,actually the importance of the industry has its saturation.Even if all the try I didn't land on any job.Completed my MBA and busy with accountancy.Actually they don't have the billing properly the budgeting is not proper.
