I think the music is even more intimidating. Without the music, you just seem like a normal guy who likes dark clothes, but with, you seem like you would be willing to commit war crimes or something.
I don't know how Pekora choose this as her BGM, but boy, she's a genius (or maybe "savant" is the better term). This match so well with her voice and personality and will leave an impression so hard, everytime you hear this you can hear her voice and you'll be craving for more.
Eventually you will listen to it for so long that your brain will tell you to say peko after every sentence (thats when you know you Peko-ing procedure has been completed)
